I left a review in January about part being backorder and horrible customer service. since then my combo IS NOT DRYING CLOTHES have to have repair again tomorrow to see why it takes 5 hours to dry a comforter and sheet and over 9 hours to dry towels. I cannot get in touch with ge like they asked me to because I cannot locate them on Facebook. I hate this machine and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYBODY. would love to be able to get a real washer and dryer that works and get rid of this scrappy thing but am not allowed to return. have to clean the filter in the the pedestal after every load just so it does go bad again.

I ordered two of these pedestals and one had missing parts which prevented installation of my GE dryer. Contact GE if that happens to you. If you are using yhe pedestal forbthe GE gas dryer, just know the pedestal is slighter bigger than the dryer.

I love my GE Ultra washer and dryer but the GE pedestial GFP1528SNWW look great but Pedestal drawers function poorly, Just with a single detergent bottle and the bottom scrubs and leaves plastic residue under washer and dryer. There is no support for the bottom of the drawers. I looked back at older versions and they have a cross bar to keep the floor bottom from dragging....Any suggestions?

Heavy duty and very roomy to store all kinds of stuff!

You're paying almost 30% of the price of each washer/dryer so you have a pedestal to prevent your back from hurting so much. It does make your room look a tad smaller if you have a lower ceiling since it makes the machines look huge. It does help with storage, though. Many don't need this if they aren't too tall, but even at 5'8, it makes it a bit more comfortable for me.

I wasn't sure I would like the pedestal and didn't know if I wanted to spend the extra money on it but I'm glad I did. My previous washer did not have one and this makes it so much easier to get clothes in and out of the washer. Plus it adds storage space.

Excellent product. Does what it's supposed to do. The ONLY complain I have about it is that it should have adjustable feet on it to help level it. The washer has adjustable feet to help level it, so the pedestal should have them too.

I purchased the pedestal because the washer was not built high enough. Pedestals are just another way for sellers to make money because the consumer has no choice.

Worked well. Good storage and lifts dryer and washer to a convenient level.

These are flimsy and plastic! I am about to return my 3rd one that arrived unusable!

The product is great but, the delivery personnel need to listen to the customer about the point of delivery. I live in a condo complex and they require all deliveries to be made from our parking lot. The delivery man in charge of his crew was very belligerent, when told he needed to move his truck from the neighbors street. I was given a warning by the HOA about the rules for deliveries.

Not well built. Level, tightened and machine still shakes a lot. To thing of metal and not built sturdy. Plastic draw front built poor. Screws pull right out of thin plastic. Good idea bad design and cheap built. Delivery driver just dropped it on ground and damaged box and cracked plastic cover. Fire him.

Great, just a little too tall for me.

We purchased 2 bases, one for the dryer and one for the washer, the dryer is fine but the washer vibrate so much we though the house was falling down, we return to the store and got no satisfaction.

Plastic cover over screwed and left broken without delivery drivers telling me and rattles now when using dryer
