This washing machine works very well I have no complaints on the cleanliness of my clothes... the only thing my wife and I dislike would be it’s kinda loud I know they all make some type of noise but this one seems extreme at times and it’s only 2 months old ... the size of the tube is perfect except for the fact that I’m short and it’s harder to grab socks and things off of the bottom so if your under 5’5 u might want to get a step stool ... other then that we love it

I absolutely love my GE washer and couldn't be happier with my purchase was in need for a new washer and dryer set for years and finally decided to go buy a new set and it has been wonderful it makes life easier with all it's great features... If considering on buying this product, don't hesitate you won't regret it!!!

Love the features like the 75 ounce detergent reservoir and the Wi-Fi alerts and is very quiet.

We will be returning our GE washer. Can’t handle large loads and the top cover is leaking grease. See the inclosed picture. also the clear coat on the display is already cracking.

I love how big it is and how quiet it is, love the automatic soap dispenser.

I regret buying this machine; wish I could return it. It leaves soap residue most of the times so I end up having to run another cycle to remove it. My loads are typically on the small side and even then the water level is always too low regardless of cycle and I have to add additional water each time. Clothes do not come out smelling clean as expected; the machine barely agitates the clothes. This is an underperforming product in many ways.

I deeply regret buying this GE 5.2 cu ft top load machine. It leaves soap residue most of the times so I end up having to run another cycle to remove the residue (see attached picture). My loads are typically on the small side and even then the water level is always too low regardless of cycle and I have to add additional water each time with the Deep Fill feature. Clothes do not come out smelling clean as expected; the machine barely agitates the clothes. Furthermore, the drum is too deep and I am unable to reach the bottom to retrieve clothes. This is an underperforming product in many ways and I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Our washer is amazing. The fact is so big I forget and put too much wash in the washing machine. Then, I don’t have any room in the dryer. It is an amazing thing not to have to put laundry detergent and every time because of the reserve for the detergent

This machine has lot of features but detergent liquid dispenser doesn't work properly and after finishing the liquid still be there in the dispenser.

Our laundry area is very narrow and when looking for a replacement for our old front loader washer / dryer set, I noticed that most sets with large capacity wouldn’t fit in my laundry area. When I found this set I wasn’t sure about getting a top loader because in previous experiences, they get unbalanced often and vibrated a lot, but we decided for this set because of all the features and it’s large capacity. So far my new washer and dryer set are working great!! My favorite features are the self soap dispenser and to receive phone notifications when clothes are ready or when they have been sitting in the washer for long time.

After every cycle I have to wring each piece out by hand or send it through an additional rinse and spin cycle. Very frustrating! Adds time to getting a load of laundry done. This is a brand new machine.

I like everything about it. So many washing options. Does large loads.

Love the features of the having the water station and not having to add detergent because we all know how teenagers wash lol... However I have the style without the agitation and it creates more space so I love those feature. However my washers is not spinning on cycles or even washing even on small loads. Had this product less than 6 months so I'm considering returning

When the washer was working, it was great. We loved that we could put 75oz of detergent in and let the machine do the sensing. At about two months, the machine had an issue when washing some bed sheets and an internal part broke causing the machine to do a complete 180 and putting a hole in my wall and laundry door. For this reason, I can not recommend this product.

Hate is a strong word. With that said, I absolutely positively hate this washer. If you purchase it, be sure that you never have to wash a blanket or any more than two towels at a time. It is constantly trying to balance and being on a well, obviously I’m not a fan of all the wasted water. I do not recommend this washer for anything other than the exterior look. At this point I would rather have an ugly washing machine that I can wash my blankets in freely!

This washer shake loud when it spin . I am overall happy with it and love the color.

It is very nice and has a large load capacity. I bought these for my kind size sheet and blanket. It has more capacity that I expected. Latest technology and features made my wife happy.

I have the agitator in my washer. Can’t stuff it just because it has a large drum. I put 2 comforters in there. It threw the washer off balance. Other than that no problems.

After I purchased; It took over 3 months before I received this washing machine. (i was forced to use a laundromat until then). Once I received it, I washed my clothes and they looked terrible. I realized that the washing machine was not dispensing any detergent. I called for support. It took about two weeks for the service person to come out, order parts and try and repair my brand new washing machine. Now, my clothes still look dingy and unclean. i cannot tell if the machine is dispensing a proper amount of detergent. There is no way for me to tell. I have an option to "add more" detergent as a menu option. Again, there is no way for me to tell if any detergent as all is being dispensed. I am SO VERY DISAPPOINTED with this product. After seeing so many stars and waiting so very long to get this machine; I wish I had never purchased it. I figured a brand new product in 2020 would clean my clothes exceptionally. i was wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHING MACHINE. I don't know if I need to call the service department again or if the machine just sucks. I may have to add the detergent in manually. I don't mind. I'm not lazy. But I paid for an auto dispensing machine. I paid a lot. it should work. it's not.

Fantastic washer and dryer for a busy farm. Can’t beet it.

So easy to use, even my husband can run It! Plus...oh so beautiful! Quiet & more cycles than you'll ever need.

In reality I ordered this without fully reading all specs I just wanted it to wash my laundry. When I got it I am very happy with all the extras like the laundry detergent dispensing, the WiFi connection to my phone, the different load size and being energy efficient.

I love my new washer and dryer set! Only issue I have is that the washer occasionally makes a high pitched squeaking noise. But it washes everything SO great! Definitely compared to my old machine.

I love knowing how long my wash load is going to take. I love pouring an entire bottle of detergent in and not thinking about it until its empty. I love being able to rinse something out by hand in the "water station". In short, I LOVE MY NEW WASHER♡♡♡
