We are apologetic that this dryer has not lived up to your expectations due to the buzzer, drying time, and power cord. This unit does have an adjustable dial for the tone of the end of cycle buzzer, and the drying time for your load will vary based on the water content of the clothing and cycle selected. In regard to the power cord, most dryer power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. These codes can vary significantly from state to state, and even, city to city. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer usually provides the power cord. The cord type will vary according to the home's wiring (ex. 3-wire connection vs 4-wire connection).

We want to help out with the odor you are noticing on your dryer. An incorrect flame size and color will result in a slight gas odor. The normal flame color is blue with a slight amount of yellow on the tip. If you notice that the flame is yellow, we suggest scheduling service.
