For regular microwave use it works great, but if you're looking to air fry; it takes FOREVER! I am returning the product today unfortunately.

It seems that the ceramic shaft is too short to engage the turntable. It keeps slipping out of the pockets on the bottom of the turntable. Any upgrades or options to correct this? We have had this three days and have only used the microwave so far...

I bought this for our boat we wanted lots of options different appliance at our home. First off let me tell you it does none of these options great, let's start with a C-. However with time you can learn it can achieve a B with some futzing with recipes and modifing the time or temperature needed. You will also have hot spots and cold spots in your food when warming up in microwave option. As for the Air fryer it made french Frys just fine but jalapeno poppers were too thick.

i love my galanz it works great. i could clear my counter of all the things i don't need anymore and the toaster works great in this unit very happy

Had to by this twice. This was purchased only because there were not options in the configuration/specifications I needed. The problem was the turntable did not turn properly. It would stop and go and clunk around. Tried several fixes without fail. Galanz would never call back and had to demand a supervisor. They're too busy. Probably because of all the defects? Home Depot at least has a 90-day return. I will probably will go with a reputable manufacture.

I really love my Galanz 4 in 1 Conversation Oven, Air Fry, Toaster Oven, Microwave. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. It clears up counter space and I live in a small apartment.

Only buy this if you purchase the warranty, microwave stopped working so you wind up with a $300 toaster.

I have baked and fried and toasted, but I bought it for the inverter for reheating on low heat. If you're microwaving a home made meal without that inverter, a sauce could separate and/or char while the inside is still cold. With the inverter microwave I can set it to cook for 7 minutes at 40% and it'll actually be warm all the way through without giving a bad flavor or separating the sauce. Toast 5/5 (slow), Baking 4/5, air fry 2/5.

I bought this online back in January and let me start by saying Home Depot itself has nothing to do with the negative review. The product itself is horrible. It has so many features you would think it would be a space-saving super appliance. It excels at none of these features. Metal grinding noise from poorly designed ceramic key that supposedly fits into the turntable. Their customer service is laughable and has almost nothing to do with the parts department. I'll never buy Galanz anything

bought it for our activities department works so well I'm buying one for home with just the wife and I now its perfect

You have to read the directions. Other than that it’s great. We have tried so many new recipes.

I was very excited to own this particular Galanz ToastWave 4-in-1. Fortunately, I tested the different features as recommended by the set up instructions. The particular unit I received was faulty and the convection oven would not heat to 425 degrees, cutting out power to the unit. I would have ordered another to replace it, but I was not sure if I would like the silicone mat (replaces the glass turntable). So I downsized to the Galanz 3-in-1 SpeedWave Microwave/Conv AirFryer 1.6 c.f 1000w.

It's everything I hope it would be. Love it.

It does all that it says it does but not fairly well. For example, popcorn button leaves more that half of the kernels uncooked.

you can not see through the door. It does not come with enough how to's to cook enough things.

Perfect all in one space saver. I got it to replace my toaster oven, air fryer, microwave & convection cooker. I can't give this a high enough review. It meets & even exceeds my expectations & i have high expectations.

I thought it was great until today when er30 came on microwave part now it does not work, I only had two micro waves in our home that we had for35 yrs.

We are still learning this item, but so far have found it to be very versatile. If you purchase one, make sure you keep the owners manual nearby, many questions WILL arise.

don't like cooking instructions; why do they not use minutes when cooking? They use SC-1 or SH-1 Directions are not good. I do not understand the system. I called. The lady at Galanz did not understand the instructions either. Booklet is old. told me to mail in warranty. Lady on phone said you do not mail in the warranty?
