Love it, its a great size

Good quality materials and simple to put together.

Absolutely beautiful and appealing to my homes persona. A great fit. Very easy to install and the capacity to hold priority mail boxes inside with letters.

Couldn't snap one side in without leaving a gap. Tried to take apart & start over, but once the pieces are snapped in, it's locked. I returned the unit.

Installed with no problems, slipped the pole cover right over the existing post.

4x4 did not go all the way to the top and now my mailbox bends in the middle, because of no support, would return , but already cemented into ground. Very poor design.

Looks great!....Not quite as steady as I thought it would be. However putting a screw through the bottom into the wood post made a huge difference.

Pretty easy to put together and I cemented the 4x4 down for extra stability. Unfortunately, like some customers mentioned, the mailbox itself is very wobbly and doesn’t feel sturdy. I double checked to make sure everything was secured and properly in place but I realized the connections in between the pieces aren’t tight. I may secure it with extra screws if it doesn’t do well this winter

Very easy to install over existing post! Looks great and is very large to hold packages and mail. The only thing I don't like is that it seems a bit wobbly like it's too top heavy or something. I realize it's just plastic but thought it would be a bit more steady.

This mailbox is gorgeous and large! It really took things to the next level. I only gave it 4 stars bc it is a little wobbly on top. I don’t think it will break or anything, just isn’t super sturdy.

Love this mailbox! Holds large packages. Very sturdy... easy to assemble. Room for your name on front with 2" letters and address on side with 3" letters. Mail carrier no longer has to bring packages to our door. You won't be disappointed.

Easy to build nice looking

I'm a mail carrier, so I know first hand how those small mailboxes from years ago are no longer adequate for anything but letters. This mailbox is very easy to install, has plenty of room for medium size packages, and also looks nice. Just make sure your 4x4 post is tall enough to fill up the whole sleeve, or else it could be a bit wobbly.

I love the extra roominess this mailbox provides. Now I only have to retrieve my junk mail once a month, or whenever I put out my recycle trash cans, whichever comes first. I assume the black one would heat up the mail even more than this Mocha one, but the walls are 2 ply with air between so it is kind of insulated and I can go back to ordering Godiva Chocolates with mail delivery, lol. It was particularly easy to install with the Gibraltar In-ground Anchor Post Kit, which I feared might not be sturdy enough for it, but so far it has worked out fine.

I have only had it up a week but am not happy that the whole upper part moves when trying to pull open the door which is why I gave it 4 srars. Time will tell. My previous mailbox was rock solid and lasted 25 years, was just faded, otherwise worked great. The larger post box is good, able to fit a decent size box in there.

We have a long driveway and the size of this mailbox has really helped our mailman to make less trips up our driveway. We are really pleased with it.

The mailbox was snap together assembly, which made it easy to put together, even though there were no directions aside from letters labeling each part. We already had a wood post so we just slid the new mailbox post pver it. The only issue we had was the box was missing screws to attach the mailbox to the post. I think it will be a good mailbox once we get some screws to attach it.
