The diverted value did not work, the goose neck was...
The diverted value did not work, the goose neck was a different thread size for the diverted value. Returned the item.

Temporary fix
Product worked good for a week then after water came spraying out the seals even after everything being securely tighten.

Good quality but not the best design. There is no way to know which turn of the dial turns on which shower head. The Delta units with the toggle button seemed much easier to use and get used to.

Very poor; is made of plastic. The connector broke as I was attempting to connect it to the water supply, as the connection was leaking. And yes, the washer was in place.
