Opening for shower handle is not wide enough. Item was not a solid piece. Too many plastic parts.

Rinky dinky but does the job at the right price.Feels like it’ll break with heavy use as it’s just cheap plastic. Time will tell. No complaints as it’s only a temporary installation.Make sure to pick up some plumbers tape.

Needed replacement for other purchase. It was all plastic and cracked during install. This worked out great for me

The opening for the handheld shower sprayer was to small for my waterpik sprayer. It left a loose mounted connection which I was not comfortable with. Also was made with cheaper plastic connections and I feel like it would fail much like the original waterpik diverted did. I returned for a refund.

I have been used this kind of diverted for along time it works good the last one just broke the click in part but still able to change ,very durable product, I recommend

It’s cheap plastic and won’t hold the hand held shower head. If you turn the diverter off it leaks water.

Had a lot of trouble attaching the new bracket to all shower. Seems like whatever you buy them separate they never quite fit correctly. Other than that it is stiff and I know it is new so hopefully that will correct it in the future

Easy installation, works as intended.

This diverter worked perfectly. I had gotten a new rain spa shower head and needed a longer hose for the hand held. The diverter that the new shower heads came with was too small for the handle of the hose/shower head to fit into and this diverter holds it perfectly.

It accomplished the result I was wanting and matched perfectly.

This is the second time I purchased this product. First one lasted for many years with daily use by 2 adults. Good product very easy to install.

Easy to install and works flawlessly

Super easy way to add a second shower head. No plumbing needed, just screw onto existing threads. Use either head or both at the same time.

Works well, all plastic, would give 5* if it were metal.

Very disappointing. I installed the diverter and as soon as I turned it on, it started to leak. Also, my handheld shower head, which has a chlorine filter in the handle, doesn't fit into the holder. Going to contact Glacier Bay to see if they have something that won't leak and will hold my shower head.
