Poor quality compared to the same unit and manufacturer I bought a number of years ago— more plastic than metal.I returned it

Nice setup at a very good price. However the bottom portion of the bar has an adhesive section that is supposed to stick to the shower wall but, it doesn't so it keeps coming loose. Otherwise, very good unit.

Way outlasted similar American Std model. I bought 3 for my bathrooms, not realizing the 3rd one was not Glacier Bay. It began leaking and the finish rusted. The Glacial Bay fixtures get even more use and still look great after several years. So I made sure to go to Home Depot to replace the shower wall spray this time.

Love the water pressure

Well priced but buyer must be are of valve to shower head selration measurement if your remodeling. I was unable to use but qell price for the system

Lots of plastic. Sticker does not stay attached to wall very well. We don't have enough pressure to run both shower heads at same time. Meets needs for person who needs single head handheld use from a chair.

We got this wall spray to replace our Delta unit. This "appeared" to be identical but wasn't even close as far as installation or performance. We will return this unit and look for other options.

Easy to install - went in without a hitch. When I turned it on, I didn't get any water. Turns out you can turn each shower head off with the lever on the shower head. There are a couple of removable water restricters. My wife likes it. The diverter valve being on the bottom of the bar is great for her - she is short.

No drilling needed for this shower head. Stuck on with their tape adhesive . Great choice since our spout is so high up I could not reach the handle..with this one I now can!

This unit worked well for a while, but then occasionally it would make this loud thumping noise that sounded like an big mechanical pump (this is the only way I can think of describing it) that would be heard throughout the entire house when you used the water diverter. I called the manufacturer and they were good enough to send me a complete replacement since it was still under warranty. Unfortunately the replacement occasionally did the same thing so the diverter valve had some design/manufacturing flaw in it. I bought a much less expensive replacement from Kohler and had no issues since.

This unit is all plastics that break easily. Tried to call the number provided in the package to get a replacement for the piece that connects the unit to the water supply without success. They don’t even call back after leaving messages.

I wish the hand held spay head would have been lower so my wife , who is sitting down could reach it

Easy to install and has been working for the past 6 months with no issues. I like that the diverted switch is located at the bottom of the unit.
