Q:I have a Raincan 6 -Spray Round Shower Head with Adjustable Heads in Brushed Nickel and it vibrates and squeals when changing from the upper spray to the lower spray position. How do I fix this?

A:  Hello Richard, Try removing the handheld head from the hose and try it again. There could be some restriction in there. You can also see if the setting was paused. Regards,
