When my faucet hose started leaking, Glacier Bay sent me...
When my faucet hose started leaking, Glacier Bay sent me a new one free of charge. Getting the new one through the faucet was tricky, because it gets stuck on some innards on the way through. One of us pushed the hose through while the other fished around for the end of the hose with a knitting needle until we were able to coax it past that spot. The rest of installation was a breeze. It works great!

This faucet is not a very good product. It loses water pressure fast. I bought a new pull down to stave off purchasing a brand new faucet. I'm a competent DIYer, I've never had a faucet do this. Our water is not hard or anything like that.

Did not come with the end piece, the clip to attach the end to the pipe. Hand to order it separately and ended up without a kitchen faucet for a month! The pull down piece works great now.

No clip or o-rings
Ordered the Pavilion pull down kit in Chrome by Glacier Bay, didn't know it was life time warranty, but the quick connect that comes with it did not come with the clip that goes on the pipe to hold connection so the pressure doesn't blow it out...nor the o- rings. I want to know why not and how do I go about getting them ASAP, had to leave my 75 year old parents with no water over night?????

The sprayer works fine but there wasn't a screen inside...
The sprayer works fine but there wasn't a screen inside like the old sprayer. I think it's making the faucet drip when the water is turned off. Not sure but otherwise it works ok.

This was a replacement for a Glacier Bay Pavilion pull-down sprayer we have had for years. It was nice to be able to find replacement parts. The sprayer was shipped right on time and arrives in good shape. Installation was straightforward with the included instructions. The fit and finish were exactly as the original. I noticed that the spray pattern has been tightened up a bit. This is a welcome improvement. Nice sprayer replacement all in all.
