I fit in the area I wanted it to perfectly and the height adjustment gave me a lot of storage.

All parts were in the box and the assembly directions were clear. The metal system of parts went together easily; fit up was good. My only comment is that it takes more than 2 people to raise and position the assembled system up at the ceiling mounting rods. I made a makeshift rope-over-pulley to lift the structure to the ceiling and then had 2 helpers assemble it into place. Ignoring that hurdle, I recommend this product without reservation.

Looks great. Holds quite a bit. Easy enough to assemble, the lag bolts included are cheap. I broke two then used my own.

Easy to install, and holds more weight that it is rated for.

Great purchase, so far, they are holding up most of the items that were on the floor of the garage.

I would give this more stars execept the lag bolts that come with the product are garbage. There are reviews about them breaking during install and theyre true. I had three snap in half. Do yourself a favor ane buy different ones before you install

Would give it five stars if the 3" lag screws were up to par. Trust me, they will break whether you use a drill or hand-tighten. I wasted a lot of time with these. If you purchase this product, do yourself a favor and go to the local hardware store and spend the extra $5-$10 on some good lag screws.

The installation was very simple to do with the instructions and tools/parts provided! This product saved me tons of space in my garage.

Took me about an hour to put up myself. Good quality. It does the job. It comes with extra pieces for different assemblies.

The Overhead Storage Rack was just what I needed. It was a little frustrating trying to get the hangers to line up correctly (that is 4 ft on centers in all directions). Luckily the rafters in my garage were spaced 24" apart. I also have 10 ft. ceilings in my garage so I had plenty of room to hang it above my garage doors rails. If you are looking for extra storage and have room to hang this, I would recommend it.

Great quality. We bought the white color and it really looks good in our garage which is finished on the interior. Easy install but is a two person operation and the instructions were ok but not great.

This rack has one fatal flaw -- the lag screws which anchor it to the ceiling. There were several problems which compromise its safety and stability. First, the included drill bit was too small for the included lag screws. As a result, too much torque had to be applied to the screws to install them and the heads deformed. This weakens the screws. To top it off, the screws are made of an inferior metal. The head sheared off the third screw we attempted to install. A quick trip to the hardware store to get more lag screws and using the correct size drill bit solved the problem. We also used 4 screws per support because even well short of the 350 pound load limit the ceiling brackets flexed, pulling away from the ceiling. Because this is a safety issue I knocked 2 stars off my rating. Other than that problem, which was easily solvable, the rack is well designed and easy to assemble. We got the depth wrong in our first attempt and found that with some effort and two people the depth could be changed after it was all put together. It is attractive and uses the ceiling space in our garage efficiently. I suspect we could not have built a similar rack out of angle iron for cheaper than the cost fo this one. I recommend this product, but only if installed with the right drill bit and quality lag screws.

Easy to put together install. Great space saving installation. I would recommend this item to anyone.

This is a Two man installation. A little more challenging if mounted against a wall.

The bolts broke cheap

Insructions were a little vague but we figured it out and are happy with the one we have installed and plan to instal the next one soon.
