Very easy to assemble. They only use a few different sizes of screws and they give you an extra of each size screw and nut, all of which appear to be interchangeable with other Gladiator cabinets. These look great and definitely make your garage look clean and professional. The only problem - DENTS! I have 7 Gladiator cabinets of different sizes, including ready to assemble and pre-assembled bought from Home Depot and Sears. All of them had dents when I received them. Most of the dents were on the back or on the side where another cabinet would hide the dent. I was able to hammer out and bend the metal mostly back into position, but if you can't live with a few little dents - don't buy these products. I do plan on buying more to finish off my garage, as finances allow.

This was the 9th cabinet of my garage project so assembly was easy and fast. Since it weighed over 100 pounds I needed some assistance. All are now in place and look great. The price had gone up for this last one and delivery was not free, so it cost almost as much as the other 8. Shifting the boxes of items to go in these cabinets caused me to get a compression fracture of T8. Surgery scheduled for next Wednesday. I am 86 years old. Ted

Very satisfied with the cabinet A good solid garage cabinet. The only nice to have would be the inclusion of more shelves. I don't want to use the closet rod, so you can easily fit in 1 or 2 more shelves. You can buy them separately, but for about $50 each. Assembly takes time, but works well with the instructions.

I was ready to put it together and when i open it there’s a couple of panels has dent on it and call thehome depo and until now the replacement of the dented panels still hasn’t arrive. It’s been more than a month now.

All pieces were labeled so assembly was a breeze. I did it myself in less than a hour. Will use it for hanging my motorcycle jackets and gear but if you wanted to use the cabinet just for storage you would need to purchase another shelf or two as there are only two included. Good looking cabinet and sturdy enough for what I'm using it for.

Cabinet is fantastic - exceeded my expectations. Instructions were horrible, however.

I'm always suspect of cabinets that must be assembled not having structural rigidity. This cabinet is super strong and looks and feels very well built. It's the perfect foot print for the average garage. It provides a very good amount of space without taking up your garage space. It looks good too. Easy assembly. Directions are in English. The hanging pile is solid and I had no problem placing my motorcycle jackets on it.

Quality product...however, one of the two units was damaged in shipment. Home Depot refunded the cost of the unit, and advised to reorder. However, the unit is no longer on sale...and the unit is no longer available at the cost I paid.

Looks good bot sturdy enough - that makes a problem to level the doors. And even after you level the doors they can become unleveled again if the load in the cabinet is not even.

The locking mechanism is a joke! When the doors are locked, you can just pull gently on the handle and they will open! These are double doors, and there's nothing securing the doors to the door frame. I have a similar cabinet made by Craftsman, and the locking mechanism has pins that engage the top and bottom of the door frame when the lock is turned. In other words, the lock actually locks the doors!!!! What a concept!

Cabinet was reasonably well made & easy to put together with simple instructions. Would liked to have got locking doors for that price but added a lock & hasp after assembly. Simple tools required.

Ordered three cabinets...all arrived damaged. Slow refunds still pending

Had the garage cabinet delivered because I dont have a truck. When it arrived the box looked pretty damaged with footprints on the box. When I opened it it definately was a returned item and the side panels damaged. I had the hassle of returning it.

The description specifically mentions storage of out-of-season clothing. Nowhere does it say that there are holes all over this thing. The point of out-of-season storage is to keep moths out of wool clothing. I taped over the holes, but do not appreciate the misleading description. Also, the delivery person was nasty, and the rod was missing.

I purchased 6 gladiator items including two of these. The other 4 gladiator products were made in the USA and the very best quality. The gear closet's were made in China and the quality showed.
