I bought the Hoover Windtunnel 3 Max in mid December and 2 months later, it broke. The power cord pulled out from the vacuum body. The vacuum is very heavy and very loud. The inner plastic dust bin has several parts and a plastic ring that holds everything together. After using it 2 times, this plastic ring just fell out. I had to use rubber bands inside to hold it together. Overall, the product is cheaply made.

I couldn’t believe how much this pulled from my carpet whenI used it the first time. I didn’t think my carpet was that dirty. It is still bringing up tons of dog hair and dirt. I have 2 robotic vacuums that run twice a day and I had a older canister vacuum that I used quite often. But when my older canister died I decided to get the Hoover Wind Tunnel. I should’ve gotten it when I got my German Shepherd.

Runs good. Kinda loud though.

We have barely used it....it's already failed and will not turn on at all, shut off just lightly vacuuming a lampshade with a clean filter for 5 minutes.

Replacing an older model Hoover from 5 years ago. It more than meets my expectations. Powerful suction, longer cord, and better attachments. Super satisfied!

I wish it were self propelled but being so light, I manage without it. Taking it apart is a real challenge to get to the bottom front filter, I haven't been able to open it yet. The brush attachment location home is very inconvenient as it's in the way of the cord, and everything so I have to take it off and try to remember what closet I stored it in. I like the washable round filters. The hose keeps popping out, not secure. The cord is always in the way, wrapped up or when using it. Needs better storage places on it because everything gets in the way of everything else. I like not having a bag.

Love my new sweeper. It is a little cheaper made than my previous one but it is easy to push and handle. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't have the feature where I can stop the beater bar when using attachments. I loved that feature on my last Hoover Pet, but I am dealing with it

It was what I expected

vacuum was easy to assemble. it has very good suction power but the extension attachmengs do not lock together and the brush tool will not lock in place to clean ceilings fans. the on off button is almost impossible to push for a woman that has finger nails. disappointed overall have had a hoover vacuum for the last 15 years, first time not satisfied.

Excellent vacuum power and ease of use

I love how wide it is and how powerful the suction is. I do wish it were a little more quiet. I've had it for about 2 weeks and does what I need it to do without me having to spend a ton of money.

Have only used it once, but all seems okay
