This transformer lasted just over one month. I am very tired of buying and replacing items like this that do not last. Home Depot, their products and especially customer service have deteriorated to the point I have written them off. I will never do business with Home Depot again!

Did not have promised voltage, but will try another

I don't kno how to rate this product... I've been replacing this product on the average every 6 months...

Took 2 visits to Home Depot to find the item on the shelve. Now my Ring Health shows voltage good. Old transformer was 75 years old, was putting out poor voltage.

Easy to install works great with my door Ring

The quality control for this transformer is trash. I installed it and measured only 13.8V right at the screw posts with my digital meter. Thinking it had to be defective, I returned it and purchased a second one. After installing it my digital meter read 13.5V at the screw posts. This is rated at 16V and should at a minimum output that voltage. Confirmed my input was 120v so they are clearly selling products that don't deliver as advertised.

Old transformer wasn’t putting out enough power so I had to replace it and this one was recommended and I am very pleased with it’s performance

I was gifted a video doorbell for Christmas, my old transformer wasn’t up to the task. This one was rated for video doorbell. Now my doorbell works as it should. It does get a little warm and I understand that is normal. If it’s humming at all I’ll never notice it.

Worked as described. Had a buzzing noise at the 100 amp service box it was mounted to. Replaced it and all is good

Works fine. It may be a Transformer, but nothing more than meets the eye.

We purchased a Ring doorbell for our parents and after installation kept getting voltage notifications from the Ring app. Once we purchased and installed this transformer, everything seems to be working well now. The toughest task for replacement was locating the original transformer, which was in a crawl space connected to a light.
