Using a Video Doorbell? This will work.
For those who are using Ring or other video doorbells, this will give you the power to run the doorbell and also your legacy chimes. My old, underpowered transformer worked fine for a few years, but then stopped working the chimes. My assumption was that my chimes needed to be replaced. After doing that and still not working I tested wiring, upgraded my Ring to the PRO etc. thinking it couldn't be the transformer since it's still putting out power and worked with the video for several years. WRONG. Hope this helps someone else having the same problem.

Works for my Ring Wired Doorbell
I saved about $5 over the Ring recommended model and picked this up in store today! I found the original 10 volt bell transformer in the furnace closet. Simple to swap out! Mounting holes don't match the j-box but I made it work.

Transformer works well
After replacing our doorbell transformer, (40 years old), which was original to the house, we replaced it with this transformer. We no longer have messages saying our Nest Hello door bell is offline or intermittent videos. Our transformer was in our basement at a light bulb in the ceiling. Easy to replace. This is a solid and functional fix. Took about 10 minutes to install. Highly recommend.

The product has been in use for about two months, and performs as expected.
I had to go to TWO Home Despot Stores, (one for the TRANSFORMER, one for the CHIME).
My new TRANSFORMER powers Two Arlo Video doorbells.
Let's just say information pertaining to this product was rejected four times,
you can guess what I'm not allowed to mention here, (sigh) . . .
In MY case, the installation wasn't simple, check out your wiring before trying to install this, (my townhome had the OLD doorbell transformer in the crawlspace, wired to two OTHER townhomes). I had to ISOLATE which wires were mine, and installed the NEW transformer in a kitchen cabinet, on the other side of the wall from my chime).
Oh yeah, shutting off ALL my circuit breakers did NOT power-off my OLD doorbell, (my OLD transformer wasn't even connected to my circuit breakers). My townhome was built in '63 , (originally apartments, went "Condo" decades ago), the wiring was done as cheaply as possible.
My NEW transformer is now plugged into the outlet my fridge uses, (and CAN be shot off from that circuit breaker).

I liked this because it had 30 amps to support the Ring video doorbell and our standard doorbell....
I liked this because it had 30 amps to support the Ring video doorbell and our standard doorbell. And at 16 volts it was not too much for the original 10 to 16V mechanical doorbell.
