Chutu, Henry 209XR is an asphaltic based leak stopper in a solvent system. The curing process is the slow release of the solvents which usually takes up to 90 days to cure completely. Henry 209XR sill never actually become "hard" since it is infused with a high content of rubber fibers which makes it very flexible.
