Not for use on non-metal surfaces
Unfortunately, the label after you buy it says it's not for use on marble, stone, or other "porous surfaces." They have another product "ultra" for that.
Sadly the product label contains a CANCER warning the website forgot to mention. Won't be doing business with Home Depot again.

The first putty I bought was garbage it was too soft anwent. The hot water went into the kitchen sink. It got soft and had a leak under the kitchen sink.

It does what I needed it to do. The puddy was easy to work with. I applied it under a stainless steel sink basin so water could not get under it.
