We have been using it for a month inside our house. Perfect for our dry, hot Colorado days. Simple to put together. My husband had to adjust the float some but was easy to do. I like that it is portable so it makes it easy to refill and/or move to a different location if necessary. Very happy with purchase at a great sale price. Highly recommend if you live in the right climate.

It's works wonderfully in this Alabama heat. I use it on my back deck for a nice cool down.

I am really satisfied with my Hessaire evaporative cooler. I live in Las Vegas where the temperatures have been reaching 110 and 115 degrees, and my garage is about 15 degrees hotter than that. I spend a lot of time in my garage and being that hot makes my working time minimum. I put a hessaire in my garage and attach the hose to it so it can run constantly. It runs 24/7 and when I get up in the mornings, the garage is usually cooler than the house that is kept at 77. For example this morning I got up at 6 a.m. and the temperature outside is already 92 degrees, but my garage is sitting right at 68 degrees. As the temperature will reach over a hundred again today by about 4 p.m., the garage will not be any hotter then 83 degrees. I am very satisfied with my hessaire evaporative cooler and can highly recommend it to anyone needing to cool a small space.

If you live in the Desert youll need this one in the garage ,Just make sure you fill it up with water .

It puts out a surprising amount of air. Works very well in the high humidity in the lower part of Mississippi. Almost sent it back because it looked so small. It's replacing a squirrel cage in my dad's shop(father's day present). I think it puts out about the same as the squirrel cage did which came from a home central unit.

Will update after we get some use on it . This thing is Well worth the price. The unit comes pre assembled ready to use . The fan strength is awesome and it really blows cool air very well! I was pleasantly surprised .. so much so that we ordered 2 more!

I live in Houston where it gets really hot and humid! Considering how hot it gets in our garage, this thing works well! I would recommend this product to family and friends in a heartbeat!

Easy to install. Planning to purchase couple more for our 3000 SQFT shop. In FL is a must. Connects using a water hose.

We took out a more expensive portable cooler from my wife's greenhouse and put in this one. It keeps the temp at least 20 degrees cooler. Good deal even at the new higher price.

This 1600 square feet swamp cooler must have for any summer outdoor activites. My dogs highly recommended. We brought it after seeing other 4 paws parents shared their pooches enjoying the swamp cooler.

Despite the fact that it got here late it made up on the craftsmanship and workmanship and how it performs this thing is great

Very satisfied, a lot of people mentioned how the plastic pieces do no fit properly and I say this is not an iPhone. Do vacuum it from the inside before usage.

The cooler seems to work well after I did a few things to it. When I first received it, I opened it up and checked everything. It had a screw lying in the bottom, I couldn’t see from where it came from. Not a big deal. However what was a big deal was that the float was stuck down so the water would not shut off. I use the hose connection so I never have to add water. The problem was cooler pad in back was pushing down on float arm. So what I did was too remove a slight amount of cooler pad that was pressing on float arm. You can see what I mean in the attached picture. Also the cooler pads do not get completely wet. All three pads have some areas where the pad is dry. The pad that is the worst is on the right side, and is dry from the top of the pad to the bottom, one inch wide. Any area that is dry will pull in hot air. I will take apart cooler and adjust water flow on pads at some point in time. Also the control knobs have black stickers that are peeling off. They are not necessary for the functionality of cooler, but should not be peeling off. The cooler design seems ok but quality control needs to be better. The cooler is loud even on low but is not too much of a factor for me since I use it outdoors on low. If used on high it sounds like a jet airplane. For it size it does blow out a lot of air. I like that the cooler is simple, with no advanced cooler controls. The reason I like this, is my other portable cooler has an electronic panel that if it has a power failure it does not turn itself back on. Where I live our power goes off quite a bit in the summertime. Normally not more than a half hour. With this cooler if power goes off, the cooler will turn back on when power is back. That is important to me because I like to keep my outside pets cool in the summer.

I love it, I'm a box gym owner and this thing helps out so much with cooling down my clients. I have a 5000sqft space, now it doesn't cool the entire space but def helps. The fan moves a ton of air and I love the swivel feature and the fact it has the cooling media on 3 sides of the unit. Highly recommended!

Great product, using it on our patio. Works better than expected!

This is a great fan.. Filled it with cold water and some ice cubes and gave a very cooking affect. First day had a weird smell due to the lining that is used for soaking the water but it went away once we put couple of air fresheners next to it. It is a bit noisy and a bit too windy for small enclosed areas. I would recommend this for outside patio type setting or larger areas. The buttons feel a bit flimsy and plasticky but overall seems to be holding up well the first couple weeks of use so far Has 3 speeds but I have been using upto 2nd speed and that itself feels very windy in the 1000sq ft area. Swing motion is nice to circulate the air.

This swamp cooler works amazingly well. Easy to move to where you need it and easy to fill. I love that it can be used in and out side. Perfect for drier climates. I use it in the main room of my home, which has a very open floor plan. It us able to cool the entire area with no trouble in short time. My normal a.c. unit cannot cool my house but with this I will not need the a.c. except for backup on 100°+ days.

Amazing amount of cold air with 11,000 CFM! Unit arrived with a defective pump which Hessaire replaced for free with no hassles. We use this in one of our horse barns and I will be purchasing 2 or 3 more! I clean the pads with a hose daily and extract all the dirty water at least once a week with a separate pump since this is used in a dusty environment.

This cooler isn't enough for my 4800sf shop, unless you're standing in front of it. But I mainly bought it for my connected office and studio which is about 1200+sf. I really like the multi-speed fan and especially the available hose connection. It keeps the rooms 8°-20° cooler than the ambient temperature, depending on the humidity. I've had this unit for about a month and it works for me.

Bought it to help cool our garden center employees and customers. Real pleasant to have a cool breeze on those 90+ degree summer days. Does the job well. Considering buying a second one.

I purchased this unit from the Home Depot website since it was on sale and I needed to replace my patio cooler. This thing is amazing. It is half the size of my former Master Cool and I really think it works better. I have not tried to take it apart to clean or replace pads as of yet. I am a little concerned with that aspect, however, at this point I am solidly giving five stars.

We use this cooler inside our house...it works great if you leave a few windows cracked open in the house...easy to roll around...easy to operate. We set it up just outside the door of the room we want to cool down. That way the moisture from the back of the unit does not make the room to humid. We live in the dry southwest, so it works great for our needs...I don't think it would be good in a humid state. We would recommend it to someone who wants to cool down one room at a time...it will not do a whole house at one time. It is quiet on the low setting if you want to use it while having a conversation or at night when you sleep...the higher settings are a little harder to talk over, but not unbearable.

Product was very easy to assemble and works great besides the water gauge which is a off. Blows cool and great. Great buy for the price point.

This cooler can freeze you out if your air is dry enough. Building a tiny home out of a semi trailer and it has lots of doors so I get a lot of fresh dry desert air inside. This things cooling capacity is amazing, it uses the same type of cellulose pads that the big master cool units use. Just remember with indoor portable swamp coolers, it can get humid and muggy and become unable to cool if there is not enough fresh dry air getting to it so make sure you have a window or door open.

This Product works GREAT! Supper Cold air. Blows Nice and Strong, we placed this cooler our banquet hall the cooler blew the glasses off the table. LOL and it was on medimun level. I turned it on high it blew me back. I'm telling you This cooler works Great!

Works great here in Arizona, (Keeps my home cool as long as humidity is low outside.) Fits perfect in my doorway of garage to hallway of home. No issues. Made of sturdy plastic so only 4 stars. This should pay for itself the first year with electrical cost savings. Water bill does increase, but nothing substantial compared to electricity. I would not keep this outside. I hooked up hose from outside under garage door so no need to keep adding water. I have had this now for 2 months and am satisfied so far. We actually get chilly running it at night. SEE PHOT0'S

I purchased the smaller unit last year and found it incapable of cooling the large outdoor area we have. This unit is great for our large area. We are finding some cooler evenings we have to turn the unit off as the temperature drops. We have the unit placed so we can turn it around and cool our outdoor deck and grilling area. Shipping to our home was $55 so we had it shipped to a local store. Pickup was very easy. This unit comes in a large box so make sure you have enough room to haul it. Extremely pleased with the quality and performance.
