The design is a lighter gray than some of the stock pictures show but I am beyond pleased with it!

Although it sheds quite a bit, I love how cozy and beautiful the rug is.

It fits all our chairs and bench. It has the perfect amount of shag although it is not super plush. It’s great for underneath a table but if you are using it in a living/family room I would probably add a plush rug pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is very thin....I was disappointed in the quality. I only kept it because i was putting it in my daughters play area and it was good enough for that.

We bought this rug because the gorgeous one we had shed like mad and wasn’t comfortable for our kids. Pros: -price is unbeatable for a 9x12!! -doesn’t shed! I vacuumed it and nothing came up -came quick -soft material -once vacuumed it perks right up -kids love Laying on it Cons: -needs a pad under. Although soft thread, it’s not cushy. It’s rather thin. - tassels will take some direction training from being folded up. One side sticks straight up -there are light gray “smears”. It’s not bad... but it makes it look sorta dirty already. It’s very light. With 3 kids and a dog, it will help hide the messes they make. So I’m ok with it. -little bit of off-gassing giving me a carpet headache. But it’s not too bad. Airing out will take that away quick. These are untouched pictures to give you a realistic idea of how it looks.

The grey color wasn’t what was presented on the site. Stick to a different color. It looks like a completely different rug.

We ordered a smaller version of this and fell in love so we ordered a larger one for the living room!

I was looking for a thick rug that just oozed comfort. This is it!!!! It lies nice and flat, and is probably the softest rug I’ve ever felt. I’m hoping over time it retains that. It’s a great neutral to accent my bohemian style. Highly recommend!!!!

Lighter than I expected but I like the off white color. I do wish the gray design was darker as pictured. With lots of light they almost look light Gray/purple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pros: The fibers are very soft so the carpet is nice to walk on. The cons: The diamond pattern is gray (not black) and the background is not off-white, rather off-white, pale gray, and light brown / beige so the overall effect is darker with a more subtle design. It’s pretty, just not exactly what I was going for. That’s my bad for not reading the description more carefully and not looking more closely at the pictures.

I have made two separate purchases on two separate rugs that were never fulfilled. I keep trying to give this company my money for a rug but they never seem to have anything more than pictures of rugs to provide.
