Banded Abacus and Strips Rug - great detailed rug.

Great value

Just ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug came rolled and folded in half. It's very thin and I'm having a difficult time getting the creases out of the rug. Once it flattens It will look better. The design is nice.

Pretty color
Looks good in my kitchen got the 3x8 runner. Its thin which is fine with me. Definitely needs a rug pad underneath, if not anchored by furniture. I bought after the fact even though the description recommended it. I got the rug pad also from home depot. My issue is despite having furniture laid on it for a week to get the wrinkles out, there’s still some lumps. Hopefully the more we walk on it hopefully it flattens out. So far its a decent rug for where i need it

Nice but NOT good if you have kids
The rug looks nice. It’s thinner than I expected but that wasn’t a problem. It’s more of a beige/gray than bright white (which I ended up liking better).
However, if you have kids or pets or think you might EVER spill anything on this rug, it isn’t for you. One of my kids spilled 1 cup of plain water on it, I immediately dried it with a towel. Within 1 minute, the rug had shrunk and puckered in the area it got wet and now will no longer lay flat and looks terrible. I am returning.

Beautiful but thin
Love it. But it's thin and had to buy a plush rug pad (0.30 inches thick) for comfort.

This rug does not wear well
This rug is gorgeous but does not wear well. With the slightest bit of moisture to this rug, the fibers draw up and pucker. Within a week of owning it I had to send it back because it buckles.

I wanted to love it
Unfortunately I had to return this beautiful rug because of quality. The rug wouldn’t flatten out no matter what we did to try to get it flat. It had pretty big waves and it just looked very cheap and low quality. I fell in love with the rug’s print and all of the reviews were great. I don’t understand that part unless I received a defective one.
Customer service via email was great. I emailed back and forth with a very helpful rep. He offered a replacement but I was afraid it would have the same issues so I went ahead and returned it without any problem.
