We are very sorry this mirror did not meet expectations. Distorted mirrors are not a common occurrence with this product and it should not have been allowed to leave the factory in this condition. Please return it and exchange for a good one.

Horrible quality
I ordered this mirror for my master bath. It was completely warped and looked like a carnival fun house mirror it was so awful. I returned and ordered another only to discover that the second one was also twisted and warped, but it also had a huge chip in the wood that was just finished over. Hands down the worst purchase on the site I've made so far. I don't understand how this is listed as a highest rated product. Does no one care if their reflection looks like Quasimodo?

We are very sorry for this unfortunate circumstance. We had a problem with wavy mirrors a while back, but thought we had removed all of the defective inventory. It appears we missed a couple and we do regret that you found them.

It’s a nice mirror but the wall bracket/mount was missing...
It’s a nice mirror but the wall bracket/mount was missing from the box and now HD is out of stock on this item. So unless I make my own bracket, I can not hang the mirror. Very disappointed

While we like the design, the quality as shipped was very poor. There was ghosting on the back side of the mirror, a lot. It was like it was cleaned and the solvent wiped away the mirroring.
Going back and hopefully they honor the discount price.

We are sorry for the substandard product. We try to catch this sort of thing before it leaves the factory, but occasionally some get past us.
