This Sohome 'Carmela' shag rug is beautiful. At 7' 1" x 10' 2" it is the perfect size for most living, dining and bedrooms. I love the contemporary grey and ivory trellis design, because it looks great with a variety of interior decorating styles. The 100% polyester shag has just the right length and density is extraordinarily soft and easy to clean. A great rug for everyone who like a sleek modern look.

After renovating the room got this carpet which is 7 * 10 ft, I always like the shag carpet which feels good for the feet. The carpet came in well packed and rolled in plastics, i loved the grey color, it looks pleasant. it feels good grip to walk on it , the design made me remember the old days of having the carpet in home. Will definetely recommend this product for home use

We have hardwood floors through out our house and wanted something for our bedroom to protect our feet from the chilly mornings. This rug is perfect for what we wanted. It is very soft and plush and just feels good to walk on. It relaxed to a flat position pretty quick after unwrapping it and has stayed that way, no curling around the edges. We haven't noticed any of the fibers coming out so it seems to be well made. The pleasing design can fit into just about any décor. We are really happy with this.

The rug is rather ordinary. Yes, it lightens up the family room and it feels ok enough under foot, but the shag yarns are longer and spaced less densely, and the backing material is thinner compared to the rug it replaced, so as a result there’s not much cushion when walking or sitting on it, especially when used over hardwood floors. If this were used on top of a carpeted area, it would undoubtedly improve the overall feel. The yarns are also feel very synthetic, almost to the point of feeling slippery. It’s probably better to relegate this to a guest bedroom or another infrequently-used area of the house; someplace where you need that “something” on the floor that will look good and serve as general purpose floor covering.

This area rug looks great on a gunstock finished hardwood floor in the family room. Nice quality with the product finish.The neutral colors really go well with the entire room. The manufacturer has a ton of products for the home if you have difficulty on the web your service desk may be of assistance. Another stamp of approval is Gracie the Whippet/pitt prefers the area rug to the the sofa.

The rug is a gorgeous color it's very modern. It's a lot thicker than I thought it would be, I feel like this rug looks like it is worth double what I paid. Everyone that comes to my house says "where did you get that" and they are surprised when I tell them where and how much. The size is great, and it really polishes off my room. I would recommend this rug to everyone!
