The handle is to short . I am a small female and had trouble adjusting the position of the jack and handle . It would have been so much easier if it was longer .

I am extremely happy with my Husky 2-Ton Hydraulic Trolley Car Jack purchase. It has been working fantastically. I knew what to expect before I ordered, as I had borrowed this model from my neighbor one time before. To use on my 27 HP Garden Tractor, which is a good bit bigger and heavier than a 42" cutting Lawn Tractor used only for mowing. I do have a much bigger and beefier floor jack for our Cars, Pickup, etc., but I wanted a smaller, handier floor jack, dedicated just for use on this Garden Tractor, and our lighter lifting needs. This Jack fit my use case here, perfectly. I would not use this jack for any vehicles, other than compacts, unless it was an emergency. I also have a few 2-Ton and 3-Ton jack stand sets, which are the smallest in jack stand choices, and I use those with this new jack I bought from Home Depot. For use with Garden Tractors and Lawn Tractors, Snowmobiles, Go-Karts, Motorcycles, Boat Trailers, ATV's, UTV's, Golf Carts, etc.. I would also like to add, that I purchase online frequently. I am very busy, and it works best for me to buy a few items every day online, as I sit and drink some morning coffee with my breakfast. Home Depot has been a great partner in helping me make this all happen, flawlessly. They give me great deals, a lot of choices, carefully packed items, and great shipping speed. This little floor jack is just what I needed to replace my Craftsman 2-1/2 ton floor jack. It gets the job done and it's smaller size makes it portable, which was a major issue with my old Craftsman which was a pain to transport now that I don't own a pickup. One little quibble, actually two. 1). The wheels aren't made of steel so I am worried about their longevity; and 2) there's too much play in the jack handle so it sometimes disengages during use. Not a big deal considering the low price of this jack. I'm satisfied

Must have this item for emergency

I've had this jack for 6 months and have used it 3 times. The last was for an oil change where upon lifting the car, the C-ring on the left arm support snapped and tilted the lift arm. I was not comfortable using the jack after this had to use the car's included scissor jack to get the car back down safe. This jack was used exclusively on my Mazda, which has a curb weight of about 3,300lb and otherwise had nothing in the car that would have exceeded the rated weight limit for this 4000lb jack.

Jack works as advertised. Compact, easy to maneuver, actually will lift its rated weight. Reasonably priced.
