Suitable for most sub-65A plasma cutters
Purchase for use in an attached garage for hobby metal fab. This has the highest CFM I could find in a 120V motor. Quiet enough to not be too obstrusive to neighbors and family indoors. Has enough CFM to run most 45-65A plasma cutters. I run a Yeswelder Cut-65DS with this compressor and have never been air-starved even cutting 1/2" plate. Probably the best choice for medium duty metal fab that still runs on 120V. If you don't need max CFM there are better value compressors in the sub-$500 range.

After comparing this to the others in the local stores around. This one best suited me with the 30 gallon tank and a reasonable high cfm and the quick fill up. I couldn't wait to get it. As a do it yourself guy and a hobby enthusiast this met my expectations, Couldn't be happier

Unit comes fully assembled in the box. Quiet enough to have a conversation in the garage without needing to yell. Unit is easy to move around and the regulator/gauges are clear and user friendly. I adjusted my max pressure down to 150 to match the rating of the air hardline I chose.

I ordered on line and it was waiting at Customer...
I ordered on line and it was waiting at Customer Service. HD employees loaded it in my truck and secured it. Excellent service. The only caution I have on the compressor is it is a 175 psi compressor and if you have been using a lower pressure, you might want to back off the pressure. I had been using 125 and burst the first hose I hooked to it! My fault, not the compressor!

I am waiting for my plasma cutter to see if this compressor can keep up with small projects on thinner metals/steel. So far it has been flawless for me. I put on the high flow Milton fittings on this compressor, my hose and tools. It has a bit of trouble keeping up with my die grinder but works great on smaller bursts with my HF air hammer/chisel.

Great compressor
I have had this compressor for 1 year and it has worked great. While sitting it has not lost one pound of pressure in the tank. It has the power of a 2 stage compressure. It has done every job I needed it for

3rd time not the charm
3 defective units, gave up and went with competitor. 1 leaked oil from main seal, 1 had a defective flywheel that wobbled and vibrated the whole unit, 1 leaked air from almost every fitting. Go with another brand like I did.

It is a great compressor, but did not serve the main purpose and actually I do not need this heavy compressor for irrigation blowout. I though by buying a bigger one I can blow all zone in one go, but I have to stop after every zone, so I returned and got a small one and that used for sprinkler blow out. I have to stop after every zone, let the pressure build again and then move to next one. But it wasn’t that bad. Now I saved money for sprinkler blow out and also helped my neighbor too .

New Purchase 10/22/21
I bought this compressor in store locally. After 2 months of endless research, this particular model just made sense when you add the protection plan. The 2 hp motor and new pump design were a plus. Very satisfied.

Well worth the money
After hours of investigation...This was my choice. I really didn't need the 175 lbs of pressure, but after owning a single stage single piston unit that was sooooo loud, I had to leave the garage when it ran, Double piston, Belt drive is a smoother sound.

Operates satisfactory but hard to maneuver
Works well but if you are over 6' tall it is a pain to wheel around. Handles were made for someone around 5'5" or shorter. Need to have adjustable handles or a kit to extend current handles.

The product met the expectation that I was hoping for...
The product met the expectation that I was hoping for with reference to the CFM of output for my paint booth paint guns and DA sanders.. It runs perfectly.
I was surprised at how quite it runs. I actually expected it to be much louder. needless to say , I am pleased and would recommend it to others if questioned about it.

The machine is great. Works wells and covers all my needs. But I had to tighten the band that connects the motor to the fly wheel so that sucks when you have to work on a new machine.
