Heavy duty with plenty of storage, sturdy and great options for door storage.

I spent about $ 3,500 on a set up for my garage. It took over 4 months to get them and when they arrived they were damaged and missing the legs so the installers could not finish putting them together. So we waited another 6 weeks with the garage in disarray to get the installers back to finish when the legs came in. And now back to the damage, the installers have submitted pics of the damage as we did also. But we are told that some manager who they will not give us his name or number needs to review the damaged cabinet pics to either get new ones or a discount. So now we are 8 months into when we ordered these things and still dealing with this nonsense. I will never do business with Home depot again. This whole ordeal is from a Home depot installation out of Vegas.

My units came in without a scratch or dent. The packaging is very well thought out. My delivery was pleasant and trouble free. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Quality of the cabinets seems to be good for the price. . . Note I did purchase on sale and feel like I got a good value. My only negative comment is that the tall cabinets only come with 2 shelves + the bottom which seems like less than ideal use of the 81” tall space.

Everything is great about this Husky garage storage, great quality and finish. The only thing I wish they had available is the casters for it, apparently they are on back order and have been for a while. Other than this, I would recommend this this storage unit.

Drawers are not full extension slides:( Pick up at store was a nightmare. Staff was rude and store manager had an attitude that made me wish I had not bought them.

Top was cracked first drawer dented. Couldn’t open the remaining 4 drawers and Husky provides no technical service

The overall build is great, as are the finishes. It is a very sturdy cabinet, which lends itself to be used as an extra workbench. However, one of the rails arrived broken. It was a minor thing, the soft close has a broken peg, so it would not soft close. Normally, I would just not bother, but since a different item in the order arrived badly broken, I was already calling Husky, so I also mentioned this broken rail. Customer service was effective, and the SMS interaction made everything way smoother (no issues with bad audio or incompatible accents). However the rail was not a standard piece (e.g. no individual SKU listed on the manual), so this took a bit longer for Husky to figure out what to do. Eventually they shipped a new rail. I would have been happy about that, except the hardware to mount the rail to the cabinet is some thermally deformed plastic head on a metal spike, like a 2 material rivet. I maybe could take them out, but I don't have a good way of attaching the new rail, specially as the back faces of the hardware are not accessible (if designing for rivets, there's no need to have them accessible, so I don't blame Husky for that). All in all, I now have an extra rail, and a broken attached rail, and the item is not broken enough to try to figure this one out. Not yet anyway... The 5 stars are because the item arrived only slightly broken, and honestly, this is a 4.9 star item as I received it. I'm very impressed with Husky customer service, as it was effective, fast, and human; no stone-walling with "system won't accept it" nonsense.

Love the cabinets, but one set was delivered damaged.

Had ordered and received 3 previous hd welded cabinets . They were excellent , I think they’re using a different manufacturer now . Fit and finish is not even close to the former supplier . Whole unit is flimsy especially the doors .

The quality of the steel is good. However, the quality of the assembly was very poor. Even with the adjustments available for the doors, they aren't level and the space between the doors is quite wide. If the doors are adjusted the other way to make the space between the doors smaller, then the doors are not level by a full 3/4". Additionally, the recommended casters from Husky for the cabinet do not fit and no one at Husky or The Home Depot appear to care much to solve the issue. Very poor experience and I would not recommend this product.

Product came damaged twice. Had to reorder, on my third attempt to reorder, the product was not available. to take refund. Got original on good sale price, but not sure if Home Depot will honor this price once the unit becomes available again. Appears they have redefined the unit and raised the price.

love this Husky system in my garage. Seems sturdy and well made and great storage.

The system is exactly what I expected. I appreciate the heavy duty construction. Actually delivered a week early without notification so I wasn't quite ready for it. Otherwise everything is great,

Product was extensively damaged assumed in shipping. product was returned.

Do not purchase this item. The Home Depot/ Husky will not stand by their Lifetime Warranty as stated on their website. Beware if you have any issues they will state the cabinet is out of warranty.

The quality of the cabinets is quite good and I doo like the lights that were included. The shipping was my only issue, as there are several scratches on my new cabinets that are visible.

Apparently the shelf supports for the cabinet are not in the BOM, so buckle up because it's currently a 90 day backorder. Cabinet also arrived with a battle scar that the replacement door is a 2-3week wait. No apologies or anything from the HD team, just if you don't want it any more, call us to set up a return. Keep in mind online orders are a very different group than the stores, so it's "challenging" to get anything done.
