Got these shelves for storing car parts in a shed, so needed something sturdy that can support a lot of weight - these definitely fit the bill - I expect many years of service out of them. I dropped one star off of the rating because the new "slide tabs into the slots" are significantly more difficult to assemble than the old "insert a post into the hole" style of shelves. Took an extra 15-20 minutes for each shelving unit. Additionally, the powder coating on these units could be better, with lots of bubbling showing around the edges of the supports. Probably more of a half-star deduction for these items, as the shelving unit is versatile and really strong, meeting my needs.

Old keyhole and pin design worked well. Could disassemble and reassemble easily. I have 4 of them from a couple years ago. I just bought a new one. It is a horrible new design of little metal pressed tabs in the rails. Many weren’t pressed out enough and a few were barely dimpled and couldn’t be used. Probably will be mostly useless if I ever have to take them apart to move again. The old design was as easily put back together the 3rd time as it was the 1st. Don’t buy! Find something else!!

They changed the mounting holes and the way the brackets attached. For no reason. This design is infinitely worse than the regular ol snowman shaped circle design. First bracket I lightly tapped in with a hammer... Bent. Don't buy this over-engineered trash tier shelving.

I needed some quick shelving storage in my new shop, these things fit the bill! Very good Craig and they’re very configurable also needed a couple work benches It was pleasantly surprised I could do that with these. Killed two birds with one stone!

It is criminal to sell something so cheap. It is flimsy and will not stay together. The vertical pieces will twist and the small tabs will come apart. This all happened while assembling I could not imagine this rack holding more then 50 lbs.

This unit received glowing reviews but something has changed. I'm assuming a different manufacturer, worn tooling, overzealous bean counters, but none of the rails line up properly. knock one in to place and another one pops up. Too much money for so little quality. I don't know what to purchase, but don't buy these.

This shelving is not as sturdy as advertised and the shelves keep popping out when installed. The paint on all the rack is cheaply done and chips off easily.

All the pieces aligned perfectly, instructions were clear , assembly went quick and easy

Manufacturing process changed. Shelf supports no longer have rivets/buttons to attach the support to the leg. There are now tabs stamped from the metal that are supposed to fit into grooves on the legs. The grooves aren't stamped correctly. At least half the shelf supports the bottom of the stamped out section was not detached from the shelf support making it impossible to fit into the groove. Would have returned the shelves to HD but have to the manufacture with issues once the box is opened.

Have always had good results with the variations of this product we have had, and will continue to buy them when needed.

I've bought these units before without problems assembling. This last purchase, I noticed slight changes in the design that have made it much more difficult to assemble. Some of the connections simply do not align properly without refabrication at home. If you don't want to jam a flathead screwdriver under almost every tab to widen the poorly manufactured gaps, don't buy this.

Any other better systems out there takes a long time to set up which shouldn’t take that long. Very difficult to set up

The quality is not the best. It also doesn’t align. If I had the box I would have returned it. I literally just bought it less then a week ago and look at the pictures attached

Just purchased this unit to match one purchased last year. Looks good in my office. Very versatile. Made one shelf into a desk for a shipping table. Added 2 x 2 x 3 inch blocks to add screw type levelers on my uneven floor. Good quality, Good value.

why do the grates pop down below the edges of the shelf ? was gonna buy 3 more but not now

I had plastic shelves that were bowing under the weight of my totes. Switched the shelves to these and wow what a difference. Very easy to put together. I had no issues. Very well built. They seem tough. A good buy!

Fits nicely right next to my Husky garage cabinet and bench system. Real easy to put together and holds a bunch of heavy things without a creak or a sag.

The product looks great - but the post are week and bend easy

I bought 4 of these. It took an hour to put each one together. The first 3 were identical and the 4th was the correct size! Customer service sent me replacement legs. So I have to take apart and re-assemble!? Ridiculous! Don't buy, no quality control

Love the red color and the strong capacity. Does not look industrial so it fits into my upscale garage/pantry.

Bought two units. Good in’s try and easy to build.

These shelves have been put to the test in my fish room. I will say, while they look unimportant, the little steel hooks that hold the bottom of the cross beam into the grate prevent the beams from bowing out, so do not skip that part! Perfect!

You will be luck to put 150lbs on it with out the shelf brackets not rolling and letting the shelf fall into the middle! There is NOT center shelf brackets to to stop this, The instruction are so small and light, we could not see how to put clip hooks on!

Solid shelving system that’s easy to assemble.

Got these shelves from Home Depot for $109 just a few weeks ago. They are now at nearly a 50% markup. Good buy for $109, but pretty pricey for $159. Shelves are fine, but watch out.
