We have 3 indoor/outdoor cats. We bought this one to keep cold/hot air and weather out of porch. Cats have no problem with it and I personally love the siding panel. It's very thick, heavy, has 2 flaps. Highly recommend.

The frame and flaps of this product seem pretty good but the included "Kit for In-Wall Install" was a waste of time and money. It may as well have been made out of thin cardboard. It was so flimsy out handyman installer had a very difficult time with it trying to keep it in place. Our walls are 7 inches thick. There is no provided way to attach the parts of the "tunnel" to the frames of the dog door. He caulked the edges of it, but then it started bowing inward, blocking the flaps from swinging and the dogs would not (could not) use the door. We bought expensive 8 inch wood screws to try to anchor it to 2X6s in the walls, but then the plastic started cracking all apart. So we had to buy white laminated hardboard (masonite?) to make our own tunnel and now it works. Many extra hours of handyman time, and drives (gas) for extra materials. You would be better off buying the less expensive one for regular walls, then buying 8 long screws and making your own inside tunnel. And you would save a lot of time and money.

Love the dog door. Dogs adapted quickly. Installed two doors one out of the laundry room into the garage and the other from the garage to outside. Making life easier for me and the dogs.

did what was needed for a dog door. I wish the template was made with thicker materials as it was ripped out the box, and several times just removing with painters tape.

To small for the width of the wall

This is the best pet door we have ever had! We replaced our old pet door with this one. The things we liked the most…easy to install, very well built, crystal clear flaps which the dogs love, great seal around entire unit including flaps, easy to remove a flap if you only need one. Love the look. We will buy another to install on the rear deck. It may seem a little pricey compared to other brands but, you do get what you pay for. It’s great.

It came with 2 different size screws, but it actually needed ones in between the enclosed ones. It’s pretty good.

Worked as advertised

We had a difficult installation thru a 10" outside wall with a brick façade. The product parts were well designed and allowed us to extend the door's reach very satisfactorily.

There are some things in the install that were difficult. Primarily once you put in the tunnel and trim the bolts to fit your application screwing those bolts in is a blind operation. Hit and miss on finding the female side of the door.

I love that the dogs can come in and out as they want. It is bigger than I expected but perfect for our husky mix she used to bump her back on the smaller door.

Well constructed and easy to install with template. Customer very happy with the door.

Easy to install working as advertised

A little tricky cutting into the stucco but after a few minor adjustments, it looks perfect!!

We've had several different types, this one fits our dods best although the center section that goes through the wall catches the flap but I think it's fixable

It's been wonderful for the dogs to have access to the yard without having to open the door every 10 minutes. It's larger then I needed for my chunky golden retriever and standard poodle but I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too small. Definitely could've gone a size smaller.

I wish when it’s not open for the dog there was a more secure way to lock it against entry into my home.

We have a thick stucco wall and the door works well.

Hard to line up screw holes but well made
