The tile I got was not the tile I ordered. The boxes had a completely different name on them and the sheen was very different and very reflective compared to the Ivy Hill. I had to return and opted to purchase elsewhere as I waited a long time for this order to arrive and it was incorrect and I didn’t want to have to deal with it again. I was afraid if I did, I would receive the same tile I did the first time and I wasn’t willing to risk it.

Product arrived damaged. Also the boxes had been picked through previously. Each box was supposed to have muted and shiny finished tile but boxes contained only shiny. It took 4 separate shipments to finally get enough tile for our project. With persistence, we ended up with a nice project.

Every box was ripped open and the tiles were broken. One box never showed up and the ones that did came in on multiple days and were all late. However all were refunded without issues.

Beautiful tile. Ordered and returned an extra box I bought. Boxes were well packaged. Not one broken or chipped tile. Love how the tile looks hand made. Easy to install. Very pleased how the tile enhances the fireplace.

Pieces smashed, after ordering 4 times… no padding jn box just loose tile all over the place. Terrible shipping. Pretty tile the ones not broken.

The product is beautiful. But 3 boxes out of 8 boxes were broken. This caused me to buy more. Nancy

Tiles are well packaged, there were no damaged tile in any of the boxes I ordered.

This iridescent tile is magnificent and looks like handmade zellige. In real life it looks more silvery than gray. It picks up the gray in my flecked granite countertop. It exceeds my expectations and it’s gorgeous. I used the subway tile size with very little space between them like zellige and the platinum grout, so the grout is almost invisible.

Tile was received well packaged, held up to narrow specialty cuts around outlets and wall switches. We are very pleased with the ease of install and irregularity of each tile. The Amagansett Gin tile takes on a unique array of color schemes based on the changing sunlight in the room...excellent product...did not disappoint!

We used Amagansett Sand Dune tile for our kitchen backsplash. The tile has 2 different finishes and textures which make it look like there are subtle differences in the color of the tiles. The lighting in the kitchen adds to that effect. We updated our kitchen with new quartz countertops and new flooring. We wanted something that would works with our cabinets and the new additions. This is perfect. It has a fresh, modern look to it. We get lots of compliments on it. Our contractor recommended it to a client who has cabinets the same color as ours and she loves it too

The tiles vary in shading and finish. There is one matte every 4 tiles. I wasn’t prepared for the product to be that way.

The fog gray is a solid gray shimmer. Nothing like in the pictures. Ordered 9 boxes for our kitchen backsplash and will be returning.

This tile is gorgeous! Such a great value for the price, especially if you get it on sale ($7.99/sf). I bought the white gin, which is a creamy white. The pearlescent finish makes the kitchen sparkle. I loved it so much, I have decided to also go with this in a bathroom remodel. I will upload pictures when my contractor is finished with the work (he states that this is easy tile with which to work). As others have stated, do beware that buying the bullnose finishing tile for the bathroom will set you back as each individual tile costs over $10.

We had the fog gray installed as our kitchen backsplash and will now be paying to have it torn out. It looks nothing like these photos. It has no variation in coloring. It is basically concrete gray with metallic sheen. Horrible. It was described by someone as looking like we put a stainless steel wafflehouse backsplash in our brand new kitchen. I love Ivy Hill tile and have used it numerous times and recommended it to many people, but this was a major fail that cost me thousands to fix.
