Kohler is the best
because Kohler is the best. I have used Kohler kitchen and bath products for over 30 years on my 90' custom boat with 5 baths. Our home is 16,000 sq. ft., all Kohler. I used Kohler urinals as well as all kitchen and bath products in my home, my boat, my office and all buildings that I own, which is over 1 million sq. ft. of retail and office bldgs. Keep up the great work.

Excellent Seat Worth The Extra Cost
This quiet close toilet seat is great because you can simply give it a light push and it will slowly lower itself closed without making a sound. It is also very comfortable with a unique coutoured shape.

for the money not that great but there is no option other since its colored coordinated with the toilet
I bought this to match a new Kohler toilet this seat is okay not the best I have had because for the price it seams to be somewhat cheap and I do not beleive that it will hold up as this is going to be a toilet used frequently

Poor Quality and even worse instructions
All of my fixtures are Kohler and I have always purchased Kohler for the quality. I just tried to install a new R4636 Q3 toilet seat. The wing nuts that hold the seat in-place are cheap plastic. I barely tightened them and both stripped. Now I have a toilet seat that won't stay in place.
I can't find where to obtain replacements on your site or at any of your retailers. Can you ship me 2 of them? I can provide shipping address in separate email.

My old toilet seat would never stay up and would always slam down. I love the slow close and it never slams. I ordered a new Kohler toilet and the seat matched perfectly.

Seat wiggles, mounting hardwear strips
Poor quality by established bathroom brand. The plastic nut is stripped on one side, making it impossible to clamp down, and the seat wiggles back and forth on the thing.
