Great addition to the bathroom!
Installation was a little difficult because I had to add a plug-in by my toilet for the unit to plug-in. But it was totally worth it for the built in heater! It installed right on my toilet in place of my old toilet seat. The controls on the unit allow you to select 1 or 2 for the little water stem that sticks down in the toilet bowel. You also have the ability to select the water temperature as well. If your looking for a nice looking bidet seat definitely give this one a try you won't be disappointed.

Best Bidet I ever used
I have two Bidets at home and this unit is far better than others. To start with, it is very easy to install. All the parts are included and you just need to assemble it. Heater works great during the winter, I just cannot imagine without this function during cold days. UV-Sanitizing is also a great function or I should say it is a must have function for all Bidets. This will keep Bidet clean. Slow close cover is also make this bidet great. For the functionality, you can control all the details you need. Water flow is great but not to strong. (this is important for me since I had one bidet with too strong water stream) Overall, I have nothing to complain about this bidet. This is such a well made luxury bidet.

Bidet great-plumbing fitting not
Would recommend with a non leaking three way fitting! The bidet itself works great and this would have been a five star review except the three way water fitting leaked profusely. This should have been checked or tested prior to being shipped out. All the parts were included but the washer in this fitting did not look like it sat right. The toilet itself works great and the lack of choosing toilet paper is a nice idea which are fellow Europeans discovered long ago. Just be sure your outlet for this is on the right side of the bathroom as it needs the be plugged in

Bye Bye Toliet Paper - Somewhat
Life changing. What i like about this the most is the need to NOT buy a new toilet. I have another bidet toilet but it is the whole unit. If something were to break then i need to get a whole new toilet. This is why i like this Kohler one better. Just add it on top of your elongated toilet. IMPORTANT NOTE. You need a dedicated 120v line for the best performance. Most people do not have an outlet behind the toilet. I would recommend getting one there. It is not safe to run an extension cord. You can adjust the pressure and location. Shoots out warm water so there is not discomfort. Easy to install Installation Requires connection to toilet water supply line. All hoses and connections are included. Additional included components: T-fitting, inlet water supply hose, and seat mounting bracket. Requires Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench for installation. Dedicated electrical GFCI circuit required (120V, 15A, 60Hz, 1800W).

No room to add a bidet, Install this seat on your toilet and add the bidet features!
I don't think bidets are common in north america or the USA. I don't think I have seen one in person but I know what they are. If you don't know what they are, they are used to assist in washing you bum/backside/tush/etc after doing your business. It works by squirting/spraying warm water bum/backside/tush/etc. It works, and does a good job. First time using it is the most surprising have never used a bidet before, but there are times when it's nice to get a good cleaning. I can't say I gave bidets much thought before getting this bidet seat. This one you adjust where it sprays (front or back), how much water it sprays and the temperature. All three are important now I have used it. I would imagine to much water or cold water(I live in the Northeast the the municipal water temperature is in the low 40°F range right now) would be a bit of a surprise. Install is really simple except one part. The physical install is the same as installing a toilet seat, two bolts. Then you need to tap into the water supply to the toilet. All the parts are supplied for this, and it's just remove the line you have install the supplied parts. All that is left is to plug the seat into an outlet (GFCI protected). All my bathrooms do not have an outlet close to the toilet, so I have a short extension cord right now (not recommended or code compliant I would assume). To install this properly, it should be on it's own dedicated 15 amp 120 VAC circuit that is GFCI protected. The need for this is because this does use a fair amount of power to heat the water and has to do it in pretty quickly. The GFCI is for safety, no one wants to get shocked (by electricity) when on the can (the spray of warm water is enough). Added a dedicated circuit for this will add a fair bit of cost, but I am pretty sure it is less expensive than added a stand alone bidet to your bathroom, if it's even possible. Cleaning this is a little more work then a regular toilet seat but not much. These is a uv light that does some disinfecting but it doesn't do anything for physically removing stuff. After a few uses you figure out how to use it so it does a good job cleaning you and also not making a mess of your toilet. My suggestion is to to a few trial runs when you are clean to learn how it works. One other word of caution is if you have young children, there does not seem to be a lock out feature that would prevent a child from turning it into a fountain.
