Hello Gary, We're so sorry to hear your faucet is malfunctioning, Try soaking your sprayhead in equal parts warm soapy water and distilled vinegar for about 15 min and then rinsing through. If there's any debris causing these issues that should help knock them loose. This model faucet KPF-1603 does have a flexible spray hose that has about 13" of motion from the neutral position.
