We haven’t installed this faucet yet as we are still waiting on our countertops. So this review is based solely on looks and feel. It is gorgeous and HEAVY, which I hope means it will sturdy and long-lasting. The magnet also seems pretty strong, which is a big plus. Can’t wait to have it installed and be able to use it.

Easy to install and looks great!

The cold water line had a hole in it and I used the return label in the box to return it and somehow got lost or something. Home Depot said tough luck. Dispute the charge. Do not buy from HD

High functioning. Professionally made. Beautiful to see.

Very simple to set up. It looks so elegant. The only bad thing is that I was missing one part. A 2.2 gpm water regulator.

Very pleased with quality, how good it looks, and ease of installation.

This faucet is stunning and beautiful. However, after I paid to have it installed, I realized that it only pulls down a couple inches. The description says, "Pulldown faucet, pro and commercial style". When I called Kraus customer service, they told me I should have read the description that states in only pulls down an inch. I mentioned that it was not stated on the box and was told to read the product description on their website. I was appalled and asked to speak to someone else and they refused. They told me they were all busy. I bought two matching soap dispensers with it. I can't pull it down far enough to wash the sides of my sink If you want something for mostly show, this will be beautiful. But if you want function, this is not your faucet.

We love our new faucet. It really goes well with the changes we made in our kitchen.

Very functional, sturdy, well made, and looks great. Easy to replace. Was seeking 2.2GPM flow. It came with 1.8GPM, so slightly disappointed the 2.2GPM flow adapter was not included as advertised.

Love the faucet, but it does not come with added 2.2gpm flow restrictor as advertised and stated in the installation manual to change from the 1.8gpm. This is not a fluke, as we were sent the wrong finish (stainless) and had to return and reorder. Neither came with the black 2.2gpm flow restrictor. After much research, the 2.2gpm was the main reason we ordered this Kraus KPF-1603 in Matte Black

Nice solid faucet. It would better serve my needs if the hose was a little longer. I have a large farm sink and spraying into the corners is a little difficult. I do not think it is an issue with this faucet, more that I did not think about the dimensions of the sink. Having a sprayer and a pot filler on the same faucet is a great feature.

The product is sleek, officiant, and great water pressure. The only downside it does not have a shut off valve at the end of the pot holder as on a previous unit that I had from the same company otherwise I would have a recommend this product

Easy to assemble, beautiful faucet

If you think, as the name implies, that you will be able to pull down the sprayer, think again. You'll be lucky to get it past the pot filler. By the time I installed it I already had it for several months so I could not return it. I tried to find a diy hose replacement video so I could get a longer hose, but I couldn't find one anywhere and the hose seems to be a specialty hose vs. universal/standard. This is a pretty faucet, but the long neck is primarily aesthetic. The commercial looking design is a sham because it doesn't actually function as one. How could the design experts at Kraus have let this one get past them? Why are the reviews on this thing so high? I have a 33" Kraus sink and I can't clean the corners with this thing. I should have read the reviews more carefully. This is the worst buyer's remorse I've had in awhile.

I am very satisfied with my faucet and soap dispenser. The look is very sleek and commercial like the rest of my kitchen. I love that the soap dispenser is small and low to the sink. I didn't know the hose didn't pull out more than what's shown, so it took a little while for me to get used to it, But now that I have, I really like using it.
