This is a quiet and efficient unit for the price. The remote is nice for operating the unit. Nice not having a window being blocked by an air conditioner. This unit can remain in the wall

This has been an excellent Conditioner for me. Had the same brand for so many years. Decided to finally change brand. Lost old brand in fire. So happy with Keystone it's quiet. Fits in the wall hole with out no problem. Decided to purchase 2 more. Same brand very very happy.

My contractor installed it, it works great. Fairly quiet operation. The vents only move left to right; no up or down movement allowed, but that’s ok. We live in the Mojave Desert so it does the job it was intended for. No complaints

This wall unit was a easy install. It looks good and is working well.

Arrived within two days in good condition. Installed same day by two women within an hour during 110° afternoon heat, house cooled off and was tolerable quickly. I like the fact that this unit does not come with heater but has 2,000 more cooling BTU's than previous unit.

The AC did not work! Waste of time and effort to put in and then rebox and return.

Cools the room down quickly and is not too loud. Happy with it.

Not so quiet. I was hoping this a/c would cool the house without making me feel like I’m inside of a propellor but it is pretty loud. It does cool the room pretty well.

Small room but it takes a while to cool off. It can be loud too.

So far it works great. Keeps my shop nice and cool. It's a little noisy, but in a beauty salon everyone is talking and no one really hears it. Make sure that you check that the energy efficient button isn't on if you don't want it on. I couldn't figure out why my air kept going on and off instead of being on continuous. I couldn't see the little red light on because it is higher up on my wall. Finally a customer noticed it after she saw me trying to figure it out. Now I am happy!!

Great air conditioner with easy controls. Temperature setting determines how cool you want it. Fan settings are automatic, high, medium , or low. Recommended highly.

I purchased to replace an old Kenmore AC which is no longer available. I am extremely happy with it, especially since it runs so quiet! This was important to me. I did not give it a 5 Star simply because I don't think it cools as well as the old Kenmore did, but that remains to be seen as we have not had that many hot days yet in my neck of the woods.

This item requires a separate through the wall sleeve. Not sure why it isnt automatically included and has to be purchased separately. The a/c temperature gauge is off by 3 or 4 degrees, so I have it set at 71 degrees to actually reach 74 or 75 throughout the day. It's also pretty loud, I can't listen to work audio and have it on at the same time. Otherwise it seems to work fine so far.
