The product operates as advertised. The remote control has many more energy-saving features than previous model we replaced it with. It was delivered right on time. Good value for the price.

It serves its purpose.

Easy to install. 2 man install. It really cools down our living area which is open concept and does a great job. It IS loud, but I can live with that as long as I’m cool.

Worked like a charm when combined with the Keystone 26in Wall Sleeve and AC-Safe Universal Heavy-Duty Air Conditioner Support.

I purchased this unit in 2019. It has always made excessive noise; vibrations while running. I called Madea (warrantee company) they got right on it, but they insisted the noise was “normal”. I have installed many window and wall units over the years; the noise is not normal. I am on Maui, they do not have A rep here, so i am SOL! Do not purchase this unit if Madea is the only choice for warrantee. Joke is on me!!

I live in south Florida where we have high temps and lots of humidity. I installed the unit in my garage to make that work space so much more comfortable. The unit runs great, it has a remote, but don't really use it. Like the "dry only" feature that I run at night when I am not in the garage. Really helps keep the humidity down and saves on power usage.

Amazing ac, the air goes far to the kitchen and bedroom so it’s awesome, it’s a little loud but that’s ok I don’t mind!

Underpowered, finickey, poor quality unit. Will not run continuously to cool off a room and thus never really cools off a room even one MUCH smaller than it is rated to cool. Economy mode which is activated by default every time you turn it on exacerbates this problem to the point where it doesn't cool AT ALL unless you are sitting directly in front of it. An absolute waste of hundreds of dollars, get something better.

I really am so pleased with this a/c. It was reasonably priced and works so much better than my old GE. And it’s quieter too.

It worked well so far! I've owned it for one full summer. I think it's a good product for the price, assuming it lasts. I used it to cool about ~900 square feet of rooms (including a kitchen) with the target temp set at 73; of course, some of the rooms were warmer than the AC's room. My electric bill went up around 40+ dollars a month from having no AC at all, so that's a downside - not sure how it would compare to other AC units. It came with a slight crack in the front plastic, but this did not affect performance. I did not need or use the remote; the remote seems kinda pointless to me. Oh, and the extra plastic fins for installing in a through-the-wall container longer than the unit were rather chintzy - not sure how well they'd hold up. That's also a minor issue as they could easily be replaced.

The air coming out is just like a fan with slight cool air.

The metal cover for the outside was larger than the unit and didn't fit right. It also had large holes to house critters.

The unit fits nicely in existing sleeve unlike the others.

The unit itself is great works fantastic, why I give 4 stars? Because the instructions for this AC, is not matching the book that comes in the box and makes difficult to install since my sleeve is 27” and AC in 24” after my hubby install trying to figure out with all the stuff that canes with it, we just filled it up with insulation and after all that is working great!

i’ve had this for conditioner about a month now and all it does is bring in the outdoor humidity while it’s cooling the air inside the dry mode does not work at all obviously. don’t waste your money

Recently bought this window a/c thinking about updating my old unit for the upcoming summer. However to my surprise the unit does not cool at all. It just blows warm air despite being set at 62 degrees. Really dissatisfied.

Fit perfectly. Cools the room quickly.

I must say this is the worst installation manual I have seen. After installation, I realized whenever I turn on the system it goes into energy saving mode which will not cool your place down. I programmed it to come on later afternoon but since it goes into energy saving mode, you will come back to a hot room which is unacceptable. Can this be fixed? Instructions -FCooling power -A
