Great Oven
I got this oven 6 months ago - I am a seious baker- and so far so good. Only like the last week I started noticing that the cakes will bake uneven : will make a bump toward the center of the oven. Seems to me like not an even distribution of heat . But I am very happy overall and more exited that I got rid of my Viking double Oven !

I love the automatic convection recipe conversion!
I ordered the black stainless appliances because of fingerprint resistance, and I'm so glad I did. The features of the oven are amazing. You don't have to figure out what to set the convection temp to because the oven converts it for you. I haven't been able to see everything it does, but so far I'm very pleased. I do wish the inside was blue though. Other than that, it's a beautiful piece of culinary art!

NOT HAPPY
When using the confection oven a massive amount of moisture was realeased. The cabinets above our stove get so wet from the condensation that it needs to be wiped off. This never happened with our JENN-AIR. We called for service as was told this was normal. Our cabinet people said this would eventually warp our cabinets. Very Unsatisfied customer.

BEST OVEN EVER
This oven is amazing. It cools well and has many features that enable the perfect setting for any type of food. The manual is written extremely well, clear to understand and follow.

I love my ovens
We bought these to replace older GE ovens that had malfunctioned. I love these new ovens! Never mind how beautiful they are (and they are) inside and out, the features are great. The convection works like a dream, and the ovens are very quiet - quieter than my old non-convection unit. I smile very time I use them, and I find myself seeking out dishes that will have me using both ovens and all the features. I have used every feature at this point, and haven't found much that I'd change.

Great
This was another item purchased in an entire kitchen renovation. Want to like it more than just "great" but a couple things I would have done different in creating this double oven. Dislike the fact that both lights go on even when you only need one. Kind of silly. Also trying to get used to the programming functions. A bit tricky. Love the look and way it cooks though.

Amazing oven!
After waitin 3 months my oven was finally delivered. I have only used my ovens 5 times since they were installed and I love them; they cook great! The only con I have is that it takes about 5 minutes or so to get to the temperature you set; that's minor though, i use it for my meal prep time. Also, I wish the panel lit up, with that said, it's a great purchase.

Unsatisfactory Product
Terrible trying to resolve problems with service. Will not cook even. Burns from top on bake and convection in both ovens. After researching on line this is a design flaw and is happening to numerous customers. If I had found these reviews before purchasing I never would have purchased. Hope to get resolution through service.

Perfect!
This is a fantastic unit. It looks amazing and really gets the job done. Double True Convection! Doesn't get better than this for the price. My only complaint is that it takes a while to pre heat for some reason but we love it.

Cooks evenly
Love the way this cooks. My Turkeys at thanksgiving have never been so beautiful. I actually took a picture of it in the oven.
I cooked 2 turkeys this year so all our guests could take home leftovers.

Great double oven
My wife picked this out before we had even purchased our house. Our kitchen remodel was based around this oven and I couldn't be happier with look and design so far. We haven't been able to utilize all the features yet but so far I am very pleased with basic cooking functions and design and build quality.

Looks sharp, but forget getting anything cooked on the bottom!
These ovens look amazing. However, the cooking temps are questionable. #1 My convection oven on top needs to be set to the original temp on the recipe. If i "convert" the recipe, the food never cooks. #2 the heat comes from the TOP. I have never had an oven where the only heat source is on top. We make a pizza every Friday and its impossible to get it to cook nicely on the bottom before the cheese burns. Have been playing with temps and time, but I never had a problem with my 15 year old simple oven I had before. Besides that, I make it work. And did I mention it looks amazing????

New double oven is bakes as good as it looks!
Everything has baked evenly and I can't believe how quiet it is. The blue interior is so gorgeous I turn the light sometimes as I walk by just to admire it. I went with the handles that are capped in red and they are beautiful. We have had two parties since my hubby installed them and people can't get over how pretty they are. It's like a piece of art in my kitchen. ❤️

Beautiful!
Have not had the opportunity to use all functions and doing a lot of reading and self-educating in going to a high-tech convection oven. So far, we love it.....ask us a year from now for a review. Wish you would provide a DVD/CD to watch on the operational instructions. Also, include the factors on high altitude use as we live at 7,000 feet. Still learning how use it.

Baking Heaven!
I have been wanting a convection oven to replace my 25 year old double oven for some time. I did a lot of research and decided on the Kitchenaid brand. It is not only easy to use by automatically converting standard time/temp to convection mode, but is extremely quiet and looks beautiful. Everything I have baked has come out perfectly. It matches beautifully with my new Kitchenaid dishwasher!

Heavy Duty
We've only had the oven installed for a month but so far everything is great. I love the hidden heaters under the bottom of the oven. Should make it easy for quick cleaning without having to work around heating elements. I still use a oven mat just to make it even easier. The handles and doors are heavy/solid which to me means quality. The blue interior is a nice touch that makes the oven interior an eye catcher especially when the lights are on. The slide out oven shelf is nice. The exterior with the electronic controls give this oven a professional look. Not cheap but the quality reflects the price. If it lasts as long as my previous oven I can't imagine being able to buy a better oven.

Beautiful ovens, great detail, the handles are textured
This oven is beautiful, The doors are super heavy and well built, they come off easily to help install the oven. There is some mounting trim that I really don't understand but we used it. The oven comes with plenty of wire in metal loom 4 8 guage wires make hooking up simple and have ample capacity. I bought this oven because it has the same features on the top or bottom oven. We haven't used it but everything looks perfect.

Now We're Cookin'!
Have only had oven for a month but so far I love it! This was a replacement of a Viking (why Viking has the elite reputation is a mystery to me). I have baked cookies, a pie, cake - broiled steak and baked lasagna- all have turned out perfectly! The racks slide easily and the bottom delux rack is wonderful for large heavy items. The lighting is superb and looks awesome! Only minus is timer WAY too quiet- can't hear when preheat is done or timer completed. Have to use a backup.

I am absolutely in love with my new ovens! The convection is wonderful to have in both ovens and I absolutely love the temperature probe feature. I can not stop cooking!!!!!
I did wish it came with the steam tray feature though.

Advertising Bombardments After the Purchase

What I do like is the operating instructions I received right after I purchased it. But these too were filled with advertisements and not enough instructions.

Not all that impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the wall oven in late October 2023 and it did not work correctly from the beginning. It would shut off in the middle of cooking/baking. I spent Thanksgiving in the kitchen watching the oven so I could turn it back on. It took almost twice as long to cook the turkey. Christmas Eve it would not even preheat. I had 15 people over and we used every small kitchen appliance in order to cook dinner. The same issue happened Christmas Day. I did finally get a new oven. So far it works.

Baker’s Joy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is marvelous. First, it blends well with our other stainless appliances. It wipes up nicely. I like the simplicity (my previous oven had settings for pizza and a few other things which were entirely unnecessary). Having two ovens is hugely convenient for entertaining. And best of all, I don’t have to worry whether the temperature is accurate. I bake frequently and everything is coming out perfectly. Oh, and the blue interior looks spiffy!

I love my KitchenAid Double Electric Ovens

This is my 3rd set of double electric KitchenAid Ovens from Abt Appliances since moving into my home in 1998. I love Abt (excellent service) and KitchenAid. I would never be without either of them. The electric ovens are excellent for even temperatures for baking desserts (everyone at my house has a sweet tooth).
