A:  Hello Yvon, to resolve this issue with the clock, please log into your Whirlpool App, and follow the steps below: Select the Appliance in the App Select See All Features Select the "Settings" option on the top right Select 'Preferences" Select Set to Auto-Update to "OFF" and then turn it back to "ON" Select 'Done" To adjust the tones please look under clock/tools and settings.           Q:How do you reduce the temperature without turning it off? Last time I tried this, the oven just turned off. Is there some trick to using both upper & lower ovens at the same time? Seems one goes off when I turn the other off.
