[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful refrigerator. However both my neighbor and I bought same product as same time and both of us have a middle drawer on frig side that is not sliding Properly. In my case it will fall down and out if not careful.

Where do I start? Purchased this fridge in 2020 and so far my ice maker has quit working, my fridge forms ice on the interior wall against the freezer section, and now it is leaking under the fridge on my wood floors. I would never purchase a Kitchen Aide product again. The Kitchen Aide stove I purchased at the same time makes a very loud popping sound every time I use the oven. The repair tech said it's normal. It's so loud, it startles me every time. Pretty sure there's nothing normal about that. Run away from any Kitchen Aide product, definitely not the quality they used to be.

Ice maker failed within 3 month. Warranty is useless, Kitchenaid has been called 4 times and can’t schedule a service tech. They say they don’t have a vender in Bay Area of Northern California, not sure how that be possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We saw this refrigerator, and my wife was Oh so inspired she just had to have it. This is our second KitchenAid frig. So the quality was second thought, she loves the new feature enhancement that came with this one. So, we are very pleased.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had the refrigerator for about a month (it was delivered and installed by a company) and the water and ice maker suddenly stopped working. Not sure if it’s a fluke but it should not be happening when it’s this new. The customer service through online chat was not ideal when trying to troubleshoot the issue. Still unresolved and not working. Otherwise happy with this model but they are certainly not built like they used to be.

Once you buy your on your own. My ice maker broke after 3 months. 3 calls to Kitchenaid with NO service call yet. They say they don’t have service repair in Bay Area in California, if you can believe that! New stove also delivered broken, convection doesn’t work. Same worthless response.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a good refrigerator if you are a side by side fan. Unfortunately, I love a French door and my builder didn’t offer that option. No complaints about the quality, it’s just a preference issue.

Bought this model in 2014, it has had to be serviced at least once a year for frost build up. The thermostat (thermoister?) does not hold up. Very expensive to maintain! Great design, though! This should be a 5 star refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy. First one broke in 4 hrs. Got replacement. Inside drawers cheap and flimsy. Hard to pull all way out because main doors do not open a full 180, only about 100 degrees or so. Keep things cold but that's about the only good thing to say. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this company insisted I review.

And the exterior doors don't align. One is noticeably higher than the other. Expected much better quality from Kitchen Aid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is definitely defective, called for one repair in the first 2 weeks, tech says all the grinding noise and fan blade noise is normal, can not enjoy watching TV anymore with the noise this refrigerator puts out. Very disappointed. We’ve owned for about one month and can not stand it.

It’s my first Kitchen Aid appliance and the first major appliance I purchase after my husband’s untimely death. I did research and found that this would be my best purchase. I love it!

We are now more conscience when grocery shopping to limit excess purchases which resulted in a lot of spoiled food in the past.

I needed to find the exact size to fit the space in my kitchen. Thankfully Kitchen aid had updated the refrigerator but not changed measurements. It's perfect!

Garbage; I have owned Kitchenaid appliances for over 20 years with no problems. These new models are so poor quality. I bought this refrigerator 12 months ago and have already been serviced 5 times with major replacements! I would never buy a Kitchenaid product again.

Kitchenaid quality used to be tops... then Whirlpool bought them. And did they raise the quality of WP products to match that of KA products? Nope, they did the exact opposite and lowered KA standards to below those of WP. Unbeknownst to me when I bought this junk is that KA is now WP's bottom line, selling at top dollar as if it was somehow comparable to others that actually work. This company has nothing to offer anymore.

This refrigerator has been such a disappointment. I am on a first name basis with the appliance repair company. Poorly designed & built. In four years the freezer door has had be replaced three times under the extended warranty luckily & now on third door the refrigerator section is not cooling to the setpoint of 37F & the extended warranty has ended. On first door the wires between the refrigerator & the freezer door broke due to the poor design. The second door had issues with the ice maker water fill line.

I wanted to keep this but there is huge design flaw, you cannot remove any of the cripser drawers. The doors only open to 165 degrees, to remove the drawers they would need to open to 180 degrees, and that is not possible. I called Kitchenaid and was told the drawers DO NOT come out. I called Whirpool, and was told the drawers lift out, they DO NOT. The drawers lift up but there is no way to turn them in order to get them out. In order to remove the drawers for cleaning you would have to take the door off completely, this is obviously a problem. No where in the user manual does it instruct on either how to remove the drawers, or how to open the door to 180 degrees. I called Home Depot for help and my call was dropped. I like many of the features on this and I would keep it but, this is not functional.
