Also our salesman was very good However he told me it had air fryer capabilities. That is a half truth. But the range is in our kitchen so I will live with it

Our last one, we had for more than 22 years when we sold our house and it was still in great condition with zero problems. We bought our stove 4 months ago and my wife loves it. It heats up very quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a slide-in electric stove with this product. It fit perfectly into the space of the prior appliance. It looks great and I especially like the pro handles which give it a more commercial look. The oven works well and the cooktop heats up fast. There are multiple options for heating the cooking surface. The bottom drawer can be a warming area or used to proof dough for backing. The only drawback for me is that the cooktop is easily marred by pots. No matter how careful you are, pots will leave a ring around the heating area that cannot be removed by gentle scraping or cleaning. I also don't feel that the cooktop surface cleans well. There are always streaks no matter how many times I wipe and buff the surface. But I like the product in general.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Going from an open coil electric to a glass top, the controls on this kitchenaid are wonderfully placed, the heat indicator is useful as well as accurate. The range is very easy to transition to, easy to like in its operation and smooth controls, ease of cleaning sma ll splatters. It is a beautiful addition to the other kitchaid appliances surrounding it. The microwave and dishwasher compliment the range beautifully. So far so good. More to come after more usage.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've used the stove daily for a month. I find the burners are very responsive and each has a slightly different capability. One is hotter, faster - perfect for boiling water for pasta. All burners are great. There is a plate warmer that actually has a temperature control that reads on the panel - I haven't worked out the nuances of that particular part of the stove top but you can control how much it heats up and I can control the temperature of the warmth i.e. 250F or 350F. I particularly like the knobs that are metal and of retro style, sturdy and easy to read. The LCD panel is flat horizontal and I can see it while working and it reads easily though when I use the larger upper stove and the lower smaller stove and the warmer at the same time, there's a lot of data to read in a small space - It takes a bit of focus. The oven takes a bit of time to warm up, I thought - I've used convection and regular. The Regular heats up more quickly I think. Just allow some time to heat up the oven when prepping. I have splattered the stove top several times now and it does wipe down fairly well. I have not mastered the perfect glasstop clean yet. Never have been great at keeping the surfaces of the various stoves that I have owned slick and clean - I just use a bit of dish soap thus far. The warming drawer actually cooks smaller meals - very handy and I use it often for small casseroles, cookies, rewarming of meals. I use this little oven more than the larger one. Larger oven has a slide out rack that I find useful. I haven't cleaned the oven with the new (fangled) steam cleaning function so the jury is out on the effectiveness of that system! Apparently the walls of the oven are of a different finish that accommodates the steam /water clean. Hopefully the system works as with my previous KitchenAid stove I burnt out the thermostat regularly it seemed. It's a nice looking tidy stove. No wifi but I really don't have the need - I totally would get that if I were commuting and cooking for family. I'm probably most excited by that little 'warming drawer that actually is a second oven and that was something I had considered getting (double oven). The design of this smaller oven is better - has a better feel.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really wasn't in the market for a new range - but I was upgrading my refridgerator and while looking - this caught my eye. So far I so pleased with this range. I know it is not self-cleaning (only has steam clean) which my previous Whirlpool oven had and hope has improved. I always worred about the fumes that came from self-cleaning ovens and the crazy temperature they were "baked" at. So willing to give this a try. Love the baking drawer and such a better idea than two small ovens. Very well designed.

They removed my bad review, so I'm going to do you a favor and write another one. -The controls for the stove are on the glass top and will beep constantly or shut off if you put anything on them. If you accidentally hit the power button with a pot every burner will turn off and there is not a lot of room. For someone who cooks a lot, this is a real drag. -The top gets dirty every time you use it and scratches very easily! -The oven controls are easy to accidentally turn on; especially if you are not tall. I am 5'4" and I am constantly turning on the oven or timer while trying to reach pots on the back burners. -The oven takes forever to preheat and cool down. -The self-cleaning feature is lousy! -This stove cost me over $3,000 when I bought it during the pandemic. It was the worst purchase I have ever made. -Save yourself a headache. Don't buy this oven! You will regret it!

We had a full suite of Kitchenaid appliances installed and I didn’t think to test the oven right away. I tried it on day 3 and found that the cooling fan makes a HORRENDOUS noise. Of course Home Depot won’t do anything, after spending hours on hold with Kitchenaid, they claim it’s a “normal noise”. If you plan on being in the same house as this stove, I’d advise against it given how loud it is (if this really is normal). Super disappointing and have no idea what to do with this thing now.

The quality of KitchenAid appliances is NOT what they used to be. I am very unhappy with this stove. Within a month of using this stove the stick on (cheap) control knob levels are wrinkling and falling off. The burners are hard to regulate, medium and high settings are scorching hot. Even on low they get too hot, only on simmer do they not burn your food. The oven takes too long to heat up. Do not recommend this stove or any KitchenAid products.

I'm still trying to get used to this oven. My old one seemed to preheat much faster but that's not a big deal. It's really hard figuring out what to put the burners on. It seems like at low there is barely any heat but at medium things start to cook really fast. I'm still trying to figure out a middle ground. One other thing is the timer. When it hits 0 it does one quick beep...not even a full beep, like half a beep, so there were times I didn't even hear it but luckily went in to check and realized the timer had already gone off. It's not a very good sound to alert you. The oven is beautiful though. Just getting used to it.

It is really nice looking, the oven is huge and love clear glass on the front to see in the oven. The stove top elements heat up very fast which is nice but takes abit to get used to. I do not like the edge around the stove top. It is kinda indented and food can get caught in there and the oven takes a long time to pre heat hence the 4 star rating.

Range is not working properly, Kitchen Aide will not replaced only wants to continue to try snd repair.. so far experience has been terrible!!!

It has great features and I can't wait to cook a Turkey in it for Thanksgiving and use the bottom warmer for buns and contributing peoples food. The black electric top always needs constant cleaning, however, I love the features and look of the stove.

Got this in stainless steel to match my other appliances. It is not half the stove my old one was. Would not recommend. Takes forever to preheat and top burners are always too hot

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The range works fine except we have an issue with the baking drawer. It gets extremely hot in the drawer during normal oven use. We store items in the drawer and they get so hot, you cannot touch them or you will get burned.

I’m trying to find reviews for the slide-in range. But on the range page all it’s showing are dryer reviews. They aren’t very good reviews so I can only imagine how bad the range reviews are. I have a KitchenAid range. It has scorched my tile backsplash and KitchenAid insists that it’s working as advertised. You will not find anything regarding this scorching so it wasn’t a case of not properly researching the product. The research required was very specific to the word scorching, damage, and backsplash. So here I am, with a range that is doing permanent and expensive damage to my kitchen and all this company can tell me is it’s working as designed. There is no such thing as customer service anymore. In the age of google you would at least think I’d be able to somewhat negate the “buyer beware” issue. But you can’t research what isn’t there. Consumer Reports also doesn’t report the problem. But you will notice now, since I have been putting up numerous negative reviews about this range, that they now suggest a 6” backsplash be purchased as well. That negates the look of a slide-in range, don’t you think?

I wanted to see the reviews for the electric convection oven, but the link on this webpage sends me to 19000 reviews of a dryer. Don't think I want to dry clothes in the oven, not safe and not the intended use! As for the range, have not been happy with it at all and wanted to warn people off. Now I'm wondering if the reviews have been deliberately mixed up to prevent negative comments? I know it's likely a tech glitch, but I suppose I'm getting cynical as I age.
