This dummy door knob by Kwikset is super easy to install and literally takes a few minutes. The knob is for use on interior doors that are for push or pull function. Screws are included so all you need is a screwdriver. An allen key is included so you can remove the knob from the base so that you can screw the base onto your door without scratching the matte black finish on the door knob. Really nice shape and design, overall looks great!!

A beautiful door knob that will enhance every decor , the quality is very impressive the color is great and the handle is not overly big so it’s easily fits in your hand a great ergonomic design. Cleaning is simple , installation hardware is included with directions clearly printed a very durable metal was used so it will give you many years of use .

The Kwikset Pismo Round Dummy Door Knob in Iron Black is easy to install; I was able to replace the existing lever dummy knob in minutes. I prefer round knobs over lever knobs - they're much easier to clean, look nicer, and don't get tangled with clothes as much. Lastly, the iron black color is more of a rich black with warm undertones; if I were to equate the iron black to hair dye, then it would be either a sable or warm black rather than ash black or blue-black.

I consider myself to be a non-professional handyman, I am confident in doing most home repairs and installs, except any plumbing that requires soldering (better to know ones shortcomings). I received this Round Iron Black Dummy Door Knob in a matter of a couple of days. It was well packaged and arrived in great shape. This is well made, sturdy and is a simple install. In my opinion it is also stylish. The finish is very nice and without blemish. Time will tell about the finishes durability but I see nothing to give me doubt. My overall summary is that if you are reading this review you are shopping for a Dummy Door Knob in this Iron Black finish this will be a good choice. Without hesitation I say it fitted all my needs and requirements.

Premium Kwikset Door Knob. Has a modern touch to a traditional door knob. We love the matte black finish and Kwikset is our go-to brand of choice. The finish is great, has a real quality feel to it. The knob has a good size and weight to it, not heavy but not lightweight, also fits great within your hand. The pull-only knob has a natural grasp to it. We used this dummy knob for our pantry and ended up ordering the matching set for our other doors on our main floor.

I had never heard of a dummy door knob until i needed one. I am slowly replacing all the door knobs in my home. It is an older home so it has some silly things going on. My pantry has 2 door knobs. So I picked this iron black door knob. It is perfect. I still have to replace the other ugly gold door knob. The quality is great and stylish. And a snap to install.

Nice. solid door handle. Only one complaint, it needs a back plate for those installing onto (into) a door with a door knob hole. I wanted to use this knob to replace a door that does not need a door knob on the inside (other side) of the door. This dummy door knob fits onto a door that hasn't a pre cut hole, it needs wood to be screwed into. Still, this knob is brilliant! Good weight, looks very good and the "black" is elegant. Only real issue that has NOTHING to do with this product is that black shows EVERYTHING! As its finish is somewhat matte, expect to clean the knob fairly often if your hands / fingers have any sort of oil to them; it will show badly in direct light. Ridiculously easy to install! Highly recommend!

The PISMO ROUND IRON BLACK DUMMY DOOR KNOB was just the knob that I needed on my sliding barn door. The black iron adds a nice touch to the appearance of the barn door which is off-white in color. The knob makes it easier to slide the door as you can grab it and start sliding the door right away, previously I had to inch the door out in order to get my hand in to push the door.

I like the look of these, but they are a very stiff turn. With the handle being so large, its hard on your hands/joints to turn the knob.
