I have had nothing but problems with my dishwasher and LG customer support has been anything but helpful. Upper rack was defective upon receipt and LG was notified before installation. Weeks went by with back and forth communication and no resolution other than LG sending the wrong replacement rack. After giving up on them to resolve, we had the dishwasher installed. The dishes are always soaking wet when the wash cycle is complete, even when the “extra dry” function is used. LG says it’s normal

Extremely unhappy with this purchase. Top rack is extremely loose, rails have way too much play in them. The dishes and every surface in the dishwasher come out soaking wet even with the extra dry mode selected (3 hour cycle). I regret this purchase.

Just installed this beauty ! I’ve used it 3 times…..it is SO quiet !! Using the Night Dry feature ( we usually run it in the evening) we get dry, clean dishes in the morning. The styling is terrific and the features are impressive. The drawers are sturdy and adjustable. So far there is nothing negative to say.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dishwasher a little over a month but have been amazed with the results. The way you can customize the dishwasher to the load you’re washing is incredible. All 3 racks can be modified to best suit the dishes you need to be cleaned.

We bought this dishwasher in January. We were told it would be delivered and in a couple of days, a plumber would come and install. To our surprise, the delivery guys installed the dishwasher. 3 months later, the dishwasher started to tip forward as i was loading. It was not attached to the cabinets. Just pushed in. After serveral calls, Home Depot agreed to send someone out to install it again. Those guys worked an hour to install the dishwasher, however it was installed crooked. We decided to live with it. 3 months later, the dishwasher was even more crooked and leaning. We called an appliance guy to reinstall it. The dishwasher was screwed into our cabinets with the wrong kind of screws making it nearly impossible to get the dishwasher out. After much determination, the dishwasher comes out only to find out that the reason the dishwasher was leaning was because the casing for the adjustable leg was stripped and the leg won’t hold its position. This could only have been stripped by installers over screwing the leg. Our new dishwasher is being held up with cardboard under one leg. BEWARE THESE INSTALLERS. Obviously not trained properly

I have never had a dishwasher before and I am amazed at how much more I do in the kitchen knowing I don’t have to wash dishes!!

I purchased my LG Dishwasher 5 months ago and I am somewhat surprised that I am even more pleased with it than I was initially. The performance is OUTSTANDING, dishes are always exceptionally clean and I never have to worry about the performance. I am able to run it at any time as it does not inhibit conversations or watching tv... very quiet which is great!

Cleans dishes well. Stainless finish is extremely susceptible to water spots. No fingerprints but the water spots are never ending. I would not purchase again because of this issue. The top rack has broken within the first month, plastic is cracking.

Bought the dishwasher earlier this month. Finally called customer service bc we couldn’t figure out how to have a “clean” dishes indicator displayed once dishwasher is opened. Apparently LG dishwashers don’t have type of indicator once the door has been opened. I’m now placing a post-it with the word CLEAN on it so the rest of the family knows they can use the dishes or empty the dishwasher. It’s quite disappointing since we didn’t even consider this as an optional feature. Just assumed all dishwashers had some sort of a notification until cleared.

do not reccommend. Smelled like fish upon receipt ( tech said the LG always does, no idea why) after two uses smelled like rotting food ( bought this model since they said has an automatic food grinder, never had a smell like that in previous kitchen aid and had that for 10 years) The foldable times do not stay up, the bottom rack has an odd open gap in the center which renders it virtually useless. The top rack glass holder tines are bent at an angle so that dishes do not line up in rack properly, the rack rolls closed when you are trying to unload glasses. It NEVER completely cleans glasses, they all come out with gray residue, even with rinse aid. And, to top it all off, it does an atrocious job of drying, everything comes out wet. Horrible machine, regrettable purchase. I bought my Mom a $500 Maytag that does a much much better job than this piece of junk.

I’ve had my LG dishwasher for a couple of months now and I am extremely pleased. It is so quiet and the dishes come out very clean. Love the little tune it plays to alert you the dishes are done.

This washer works as directed. The online hub is very nice. The dishwasher cleans very well. I’m still learning all the subtle features. I love the 3rd rack!

Very quite, folded Racks are going very smoothly and folding spikes are useful

We ran this thing through a full cycle first night and we were not able to hear one another speak in the kitchen. See my picture where the sound exceeds 53-54 Db. If you think that is OK, we do not. Contacted LG customer service and spent an hour on chat where they "resolved" our issue by stating, "lower the water pressure". Not acceptable. Shame on you LG and Home Depot! False advertising!

The new LG dishwasher is a great buy. It is very quiet and cleans tough stuck on food with ease. I highly endorse the LG 23.75 in. PrintProof Stainless Steel Smart Top Control Dishwasher with QuadWash Pro, Dynamic Dry and TrueSteam!

We purchased a complete LG suite that included this dishwasher. I love it! The design is sleek with no handle to bump in to. I especially love the top pullout shelf for silverware and the upper rack has a height adjustment. What a great idea! AND, it is sooooo quiet! Love, love, love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dishwasher is very quiet and probably has more features than we will ever use. Simple install. We have multiple LGs in addition that have all been operating well past warranty.

So far its been a great product. We've owned several LG appliances and none of them have disappointed. My only complaint is that our delivery got pushed back TWICE!! We ended up finally getting it a month later than originally scheduled. That was frustrating.

I've enjoyed using this dishwasher. I was replacing a 20 year old kitchenaid and wanted a flush and clean exterior. It holds a lot of dishes and is very quiet. The top rack has also been convenient. Since owning the product I have learned a few things. It does not have interior lighting unfortunately. That would've been a nice touch. The exterior display is not a clock and only shows the runtime left on your cycle. The latch when closing the dishwasher is a little loud. Outside of that, I am happy with this purchase. It's also linked to my phone via ThinQ app, which is not important but otherwise cool. This seemed to be one of 2 lg models that has quadwash pro. I understand that to be micro bubbles that help clean. The TruSteam also seems like a welcome feature for sanitizing dishes. It also has some configurable features like tines that fold down or up and second rack lowers, etc. At the end of the day I or we want to have a quiet, energy efficient, roomy, dishwasher that cleans the heck out of our dishes. This one works for me. I also have some other lg products, so I trust their brand.

I won’t be able to update this review and it can’t be over 500 characters lol. 1: You have to install the power cord yourself. They put the cable box all the way in the front. 2: If your home is pre-2014 you might have an outlet behind the dishwasher which is no longer recommended. We chose to leave ours as it always has been. 3: Water began leaking a lot from the air vent on second use (but not since then). We now keep a casserole dish underneath in case it decides to randomly leak again.

Solid dishwasher with very quiet operation and well laid out drawers delivering tons of capacity. Install was a little challenging due to drain hose clearance needs not matching specifications that Home Depot listed on the website

My Lg is good but unfortunately, I used it only 2 months because somehow the cord got cut during installation I believe , otherwise how would it get cut. Still waiting for lg to repair. It’s been a week so far no word yet..

This dishwasher is so quiet the installers weren’t sure it was working. It was, though.
