[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dryer about 10 days ago, so I haven’t had a chance to try all the features as well as wifi. The clothes dry well but come out a bit wrinkled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is 14 months after buying so past 1 year warranty and electric board started flashing and going out. Ridiculous. Never had an appliance have issues in barely over year. Extremely disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my LG DRYER (DLEX7800WE). It has a variety of cycles & does a great job drying the clothes. It is very quiet & the ThinQ feature is great for letting you know when the drying cycle is complete. I love the multi-direction door which allows you to open the door from the top so that you can load the clothes easily from the washer and then the door opens from the side to simply retrieve your laundry. My only complaint is that there have been a couple occasions when the dryer did not power on when pushing the start button. I have been able to correct this issue by unplugging the dryer & waiting a minute and then plugging it back in. If this continues, I’ll make a call to LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dryer has lots of options and feature that I like, especially the WIFI. It does its job once you choose the correct option. Only negative is cotton t shirt and larger bath towel don't dry on the normal or towel cycle unless I remember to select the "more" dry cycle.

The Washer and dryer communicate with each other beautifully suggesting drying cycles based on the garments and type of wash cycle. Have never owned an LG product before; we made the purchase based on the #1 rating in Consumer Reports. The steam cleaning / pressing feature is really nice!

It not only looks great in the laundry room but works really well too. It adjust the time based upon the load and dries quickly. Easy to use, no complaints so far.

This dryer works awesome! Would highly recommend. Exceeds all expectations.

Love the options of the “oven” style drop down door so you don’t drop clothing on the floor and being able to open the door with the “swing” when emptying into the clothes basket. Very efficient drying and very stylish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer and matching dryer from Costco. The gray finish is gorgeous. The capacity is so huge that we do two fewer loads every week. The washer and dryer are very easy to use, and our clothes are perfectly clean and dry. Love the steam feature for reducing static and freshening clothes. And it plays a song at the end! Just an all-around great purchase and worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t rave enough about this dryer. I absolutely love the steam option. I think this is what sets it apart from other dryers. We use the steam option often. If we have a clothing item that is a bit wrinkled there is a setting for a few minutes and it does the job well. There is also a wifi option to control it with your phone, which is helpful. I also love how the dryer door can open from the top and side, very nice feature. Overall, this is such a nice Dryer. I love it!!!

I bought this just over a year ago it and the washer worked well for a few months then dryer started very erratic operation working sometimes not others It will just randomly power on and off we are currently waiting for the control board to be replaced for the third time

We've had this dryer for some time now - plenty of time to really work it and it's been great. There is only one thing we've encountered - the moisture sensor is occasionally off and clothes are not completely dry. Other than that - it dries great; holds a TON of clothes and is very versatile. Love the wifi capability as well.

I expected this dryer to be as good as my previous LG and the permanent press cycle doesn’t always dry the clothes. I have to always go back and out it on another cycle to get them dried. I want to use permanent press to avoid shrinkage and wrinkles but in the end I have to either press normal or towel cycle just to finish up the drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After living in Europe, where washers/dryers were Susie Homemaker size, we thought our old Whirlpools were really good. Our new LG washer and dryer are so modern and efficient that it is like living in the future.

Love the dryer because it has a large bin, numerous settings, and us USUALLY quiet -- we just had to call LG to come investigate why it was vibrating. After checking the feet, etc. learned that the vent hose was making the sound. Also love the WiFi / App capabilities, though the system is a little clunky.

We had the same dryer but a year older. We wanted a bigger dryer so we got this. I love how big the drum is. I am to dry big comforters. I recommend this anyone. Great buy & price.

I bought LG washer and dryer two months ago and it’s the best choice I made. In my research, before purchasing, I kept reading how well it works, easy use, lasts and the laundry comes clean. So I was, already, determined to invest in LG washer and dryer. I do laundry almost everyday and as I said, I made the right choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handles heavy loads and typically dries thoroughly. The dry sensor is often a little off and leaves clothes damp. Have to dry on heavy heat almost always to get things dry.

The various functions are versatile and useful. It’s proven to be energy efficient and we love the wifi feature so we know when the dry cycle is complete. All in all, a great investment!

I bought my dryer a month ago. Clothes dry fast. Love that there are two ways to open door.
