Nice and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this nearly a year ago and it’s been great! We haven’t used the WiFi feature yet but it’s definitely nice and quiet and fast cycles! We love it! Only reason it didn’t get a 5 star is because we had the control panel go out on it a couple weeks shy of 1 year. Thankful it was still covered under warranty but still would have expected this not be an issue. Repair process what easy and convenient though so can’t really complain. We would definitely purchase again!

a cyclical bump noise related to drum rotation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon first operation there is a cyclical bump noise related to drum rotation. I will have to seek service.
Also, a left side vent exit was required on this unit. The side duct interfered with the water inlet solenoid valve and this required relocation of the valve.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the washer. The only thing during certain cycles its louder than what I'm use to. I dont know if it should be that loud. I almost did a service call about the loudness. I did a cycle without any clothes and it does not get loud.

Amazing Dryer!

I'm still learning to use it, but compared to my old dryer, well, there is no comparison! My clothes come out perfectly dried every time, and they smell good! Great dryer!

Flowsense is annoying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It keeps throwing a code. The house is a new construction, 6 months old, so I know there’s not a clog, it’s just very sensitive. If I had known, I would have gotten one without the flow sense. I’ve had LG and their washer and dryers are great but this new feature not so much.

Prior version was better
This newer model limits the user's ability to customize a pre-set cycle (the knob) by changing any of the settings (the flat panel buttons). The essentially same model from a few years ago allowed you to change anything with any cycle. Disappointed they dumbed down the usability. This newer more-expensive model does not sense moisture in smaller loads, resulting in it shutting off when things are still damp, and you having to use old-school manual timed drying.

Heater broke down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this model on July 5, 2018. Fortunately, I also purchased the extended warranty. Recently the heater on the dryer quit. It was replaced under the extended warranty. I have never had a dryer that quit heating, my first washer/dryer stacked unit was over 20 years old when I decided to buy a bigger set of washer and dryer units.

Huge Upgrade, Premium Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy so far with the setup. It was a huge upgrade over my old Washer / Dryer. The unit runs very quiet and is easy to operate. I have them in a stacked configuration and the look is just phenomenal. The Wifi features I thought would not be that useful, but are great for reminders (push notifications) when your load is done. Drying performance is quick and effective.

we bought this dryer 4 months ago and I am very disappointed. They don't dry all the way. They are made to dry 80% esp when it is in the energy saver mode. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Not what I expected
It is beautiful to look at but what a disaster to actually use. The sensors are extremely sensitive if you have a dryer vent that isn’t straight and new. The manual is absolutely worthless in terms of telling you how to use all the unnecessary features. I would send it back if I could.
