[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my dryer about 3 months, now. I love all the different options, and the large drum that allows you to load a quilt or comforter with ease. The only things I have found to be annoying are the fact that the dryer will stop and issue an error message if you are drying things that produce a lot of lint such as towels, and I don't know the purpose of the glass top which was scratched during installation. My owner's manual mentions an optional drying rack, and there is also controls on the dryer for using one, but I have not been able to find one on the website. (I assume it is for drying sneakers, etc.) Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase.

I was a little confused and thought the door was broken until I contacted repair reps and they directed me to the you tube video showing me the door opens only part way when opening from top (door in store must've been broken because it folded down I thought). It is handy for smaller loads, just drop them in instead of bending and throwing them, twisting your back (not good if you have back issues!) dryer chime can be adjusted to lower or muted, which is awesome because it's not the old school annoying buzzer sound like traditional dryers! Dries really fast considering my washer loads are HUGE (thanks to my extreme capacity washer, as I call it!). Very pleased with LG!!! I'm now a fan of their products. Hoping I don't have to buy a new washer/dryer anytime soon - they are brand new after all, when I do...LG is the first brand I'm going for!

Normally, I don't write reviews but this product has exceeded my expectations. I like the wide range of cycle choices. My husband has discovered that the steam cycle can remove wrinkles without ironing - I have a feeling he will use it all the time. The only thing I wish is that the Tag On feature worked with our IPhones - we don't have Android devices so cannot use it but would if we could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this and had a months worth of laundry to do and was done in literally 2 days. This dryer (and I bought the matching washer - model WT7700HVA BTW) can handle a massive amount of clothes. I was able to fit at least 3 full laundry baskets full in the dryer. The steam function is wonderful for my husbands work shirts althought I do recommend not more than about 5 shirts at a time or to use the other setting for more. Using the steam fresh on a big load doesn't really do anything for wrinkles but just the shirts by them-self was great. I didn't even need to iron them afterwards and he has some really wrinkly shirts from work. They are really bad and this machine did a great job on them. I have had not had the chance to use the rack dry feature yet but I am looking forward to using that was well. The steam also does wonders for my chiffon and really dressy shirts. I can't say anything bad about the machine at all. Love the chimes when it starts and the color of the graphite steel is very modern. I do like the lift up area to put your phone or things that have came out of pockets until things dry or while you are folding. Definitely have this delivered and set up by the way. We did it our selves and it's extremely heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally I have a dryer that handles all my washing in one load. I have now cut my laundry time in half, the tubs are so big. I'm only a 2 person household but have big quilts, blankets and bedspreads to wash. Now I don't have to hit the laundromat.

The double loading door, the steam, the tune it plays at the end, the shorter drying times, etc. BUT I bought this dryer three months ago. There are only two of us in the household so not a lot of laundry, maybe three loads a week. After two months it misbehaved, would dry a few minutes then flip over to cooling, then off. I tried the smart phone app and it said problem with the vent. So II super cleaned the vents, inside and out. Nothing in them really. Still no drying. But manual dry setting would work! LG replaced two or three of the electronic boards and now it works fine. I'm going to take an extended warranty because it will probably need it. Products are not made like they used to be. I feel the plastic key pad will break in time with the pressure needed to make selections.

Coming from a very old model with very few settings it took a little while to familiarize myself with the best settings for each load, but my clothes are coming out beautifully. As a busy mom with a full time job, I especially love the 10 minute steam fresh setting to freshen clothing and remove wrinkles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this dryer! Our old-school dryer doesn't hold a candle to this one. I used to have run the dryer for 2 or 3 cycles in order to get larger items (towels, jeans) dried - BUT with this LG dryer, I barely need to use one full drying cycle to get those same items dried! I love the Steam Cycle feature - dry-cleaned clothes in 3 minutes?? Yes please! Also, I love that you can effectively dry a huge comforter in this big guy! Oh and it's pretty awesome that you can open the door two different ways :)

It is very effecent so it saves us lots of $$$ and with the steam feature their is no need to worry about wrinkles. The large capacity is also great making it perfect for any size family. Keep your owners manual in the handy storage compartment under the top of the dryer for easy reference!

I bought this set on the November sales* I also work at a Home Depot in Washington state*I studied the LG products now for several years* I have 2 laundry rooms in my home...so downstairs I already have been using my LG front load washer and dryer* I wanted a larger set upstairs and I waited for this set to go on sale* I absolutely love both the washer & dryer* I especially love the steam feature on the dryer....I use it weekly to freshen clothes or relax wrinkles or kill off any dust or bacteria from pillows or blankets* My mother is paralyzed and lives in my home after 5 strokes* I needed this largest set to get 2 loads of whites done at once and all of her bedding* This has cut my work load of daily laundry almost in half and I absolutely love it! I can sell customers that come to my appliance dept at HD the dryers with the "easy load" doors even more now that I have that feature. The clothes just shoot into the dryer and then when I need to put them in a basket after they dry....I can just open the door from the side and reach right in* It is truly "EASY"!

Super huge capacity with lots of options that you don't know you need until you used them (like steam to get wrinkles out when you don't get the finished load in time). My only want would be a top that's not a plexi-glass like material...and also, the adapter used for hooking up the water (for steam option) is cheap plastic. This unit should come with a metal braided hose.

Dryer does a great job on huge loads. Drys our horse blankets with no problem.

I have an LG True Steam Direct drive Front washer with pedestal an enjoy all the features of this washer and the high level of performance it provides. . I recently upgraded my dryer to this model and could not be happier with the level of performance they provide. This High capacity dyer, dries lager loads with ease. I will highly recommend both of these LG appliances.
