[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had it delivered Dec 18th. I have only used it x 2 since I typically hang dry my clothes. I really like the dryer vent. It comes apart so you can clean out the lint. I wish it would alert on my iPhone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks a bit daunting at first, but I was able to figure it out without the manual. It's actually very simple to operate with the one knob and and "power" and "go" button. Each program can be modified or you can set time, temperature, etc completely by yourself. The steam settings are a useful feature. Used it on pillows that had been in boxes for a long time. Works great!

Bought the matching Washer. This is a great unit and the larger capacity is a brilliant time saver!

Have only had 3 weeks but everything is working perfectly

This thing can dry just about anything on planet earth made of cloth.! Bedding and laundry for a family of 4 in less than a day. Smart option is a work in progress. Its a neat tool via its own app & Alexa. Just not 100% user friendly as there are added steps to each cycle for this feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine 3weeks ago,and I have been using it everyday. It’s a big machine can hold a lot of clothes,towels or blankets.Everything comes out less wrinkled,dried,and just seems more finished.

Quiet and Fast

Got this 2 years back and since then it’s been leaking all over floor intermittently. Customer service is horrible and they couldn’t figure out the problem. Never buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the dryer for about a month now. I love it but there is a lot to learn about operating the machine to it’s best potential. That’s not a bad thing it’s just not a no-frills exercise. It’s great looking and the steam feature has already come in handy.

Service person claim the computer board needs to be replaced due to water but didn’t explain where the water came from . I haven’t used this thing more than 20 times in 2 years on top of that it’s a 500 dollar replacement charge

I fine this dryer to be a little more restrictive in that I like using the Low heat setting and there aren't that many options as well as you can't extend the time. I am not seeing the value of the dryer currently.

Easy to use having all controls on door that opens takes some getting used to good capacity
