Outstanding stuff!!!
My Florida house has an enclosed porch with a flat roof, and whatever insulation is up there, just wasn’t doing the job. Rolled this over asphalt shingles and it lowered the inside ceiling temperature significantly (~14 degrees) confirmed by laser temp gun. Highly recommend this product!!

    just not effective for flat roofs
    So after spreading this on thick, and 20 gallons, i still had leaks. Spoke to roofer today who said this is junk for flat roofs. How can a water based product seal out ponding water. Im going to see if i can get my money back

    Hi Craig, sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied, wish I could have guided you before the application. Here even though Lanco® Ultra Siliconizer™ will resist standing water (for 50 hours), we suggest not to not to use on roofs with a slope less than 1/2 inch per foot. If used on roofs with slope less than 1/2 inch per foot, Warranty will be void. Roofs with less severe ponding areas and improper drainage will require annual maintenance and must be re‐coated yearly with an application of two coats of Lanco Ultra Siliconizer. Repair the areas where water may accumulate for more than 50 hours must be corrected by using roof drains or other available means before applying sealer. If level corrections must be made, use Lanco Ultra Level self‐leveling underlayment according to label instructions. Please feel free to reach our to our technical support team at 786-495-5944.

      Goes on easy and does the job!
      I use this to cover a black rubber roof on my mobile home. It went on smoothly and covered very well. My 10x50 mobile home used about 2/3 of the 5 gallon bucket. I can feel that my home is already cooler, which was my goal. My rubber roof was fine but the black absorbed the heat. I would highly recommend this product. A friend and I flip vintage mobile homes and will be using this on the next three projects.
