      The best Elastomeric Acrylic coating for roofs!
      When it comes to elastomeric acrylic coatings, the Ultra Siliconizer is the best bar none! I have tried all of Henry's elastomeric acrylic coatings. Nothing adheres to a substrate like this product, except for silicone. However, Silicone is grossly overvalued! In order to benefit from this product, you must ensure that the roof is clean of any dirt or debris. I used a blower first, then used a brush to remove the condensed dirt. Thereafter, I applied the product with an 18 inch 3/4 roller to cover more space and save time. You may also use a 3200 PSI airless sprayer. I allowed the first coat to dry and cure for 48 hours. Then, I applied a second coat. Don't spread the product too thin. This is important to achieve the recommended thickness to safeguard against ponding/standing water.

        Hi Ethan, and sorry to hear that you were not satisfied. For it to turn whirl it has to completely exposed to the sun and this can take sometimes as it need to dry completely. But it if it is exposed to sun it will turn white.

Lanco coating after doing the living room roof had enough coating left to coat my 20ox 22 garage roof too. I have not seen a leak in either the living room roof or the garage roof since applying it with a roller in September.022 I would buy it again .
