Installed this outlet with 6 gauge wire, properly torqued, and it tried to burn my house down. Drawing only 32Amps at maximum, mine melted and smoked after 3 years. These outlets are a dangerous joke and should be derated or removed from the market. They are a safety hazard that is not up to the spec they claim to be. Spend more on something better.

Good quality plug and worked fine for my EV car charging outlet in the garage.

Solid outlet. Definitely go for the deep box when working with 8ga or lower wire otherwise these are a massive pain to get in the box with 4 thick wires coming out from it.

This outlet was easy to install and is a better option than replacing the higher prices cord on the dryer. (Turn off the breaker though)

Good clamping of wires as should be. Nobody needs to superfast charge a car at home, so this is not overkill.

Item itself looks fine but will not fit in a standard outlet box as it is too wide. Wanted to replace a 3 prong with this 4 prong to align with the latest code for a dryer outlet. Found that this outlet would not fit in a standard 1 3/4" wide outlet box. Close but no cigar.

I would give this receptacle 5 stars if it was made in the U.S.A.

The outlet works fine, but is very difficult to plug something into. Maybe this is a good thing as the plug won't come out easily, but it was frustrating to get a plug in there underneath a stove.

It was as described. It fit the box without modification.
