Amazing company to work with! Win, win situation for me!
I am pleasantly surprised by Linenspa and their customer service department as they have reached out to me regarding my previous review on this mattress and they are sending me a firmer mattress without making me return the one I have I think that's incredibly thoughtful and I am so excited and hopeful this one will help my back pain. I can't say I've ever had a company reach out to me like this especially with such a expensive product and with no request for me to update my review or anything like that they just simply wanted to make sure their client was happy with their product. Very cool!! And now my daughter will have a brand new mattress too as she can have this one!

The mattress is affordable and comfortable. I went from a spring mattress and can feel a HUGE difference. Also if you were to leave a cup on the bed it wouldn’t tip over if your moving around the bed.

Not happy. It's gotten pretty saggy in the last month...
Not happy. It's gotten pretty saggy in the last month that we've been using it we're not happy overall. Actually if it's possible to return it I am interested but that sounds like a really big headache as it's a very heavy, heavy box lol

Can you tell us about the base this mattress is being used on? All mattresses need to be used on a properly supportive bed base to maintain their quality overtime. Foam products can soften with time but any softening should be very minimal and gradual. We stand behind the quality of our products and back this mattress with a 10-year warranty against any manufacturer issues or unusual wear in the material.

I got this mattress for my 10 year old grand...
I got this mattress for my 10 year old grand daughter and she loves it. I am impressed with the softness especially since it has the springs. The memory foam is very thick and comfortable. We are very pleased. My granddaughter said it was better than my Tempurpedic. I would highly recommend this mattress
