Great product
Have many of these installed. This purchase was a replacement to one that was used multiple times every day for almost 16 years. It's the 2nd from the left in the picture. All of the others of that vintage are still going strong.

The Lutron companion dimmers worked flawlessly with the primary Lutron Maestro dimmer. Lutron products make doing 3 way dimmers less complicated because you can use the same dimmer regardless if you have a 3,4,5 or 6 way situation with your lighting needs

Great product - allows dimming and on-off capabilities from multiple locations without any changes to the existing wiring. In my application I have two companion dimmers and it works exactly as advertised. I love being able to double tap any of the switches to go to full brightness too!

The dimmer switch works beautifully. I love it. However, I purchase sixth of them and three of them were defective. I had an electrician charge me $100 an hour at home and I had to return the defective ones for replacements.

Dimmer Causes Lights to Flash, problem since 2015
I purchased the "Maestro LED+ Dimmer Switch" and the "Maestro Companion Multi-Location Dimmer Switch" to dim (4) HALO Canless Recessed lights. Once the dimmer has been unused for a period of time (e.g. overnight) and I turn on the light (from either switch) I get a full brightness flash, and a second or so later the light comes on to the dimmed setting. I did some searches on the internet to try and find out the cause and I found a discussion thread that indicates these dimmers have been experiencing this problem since 2015. Why are they still being sold? Stay clear of the Lutron dimmers unless you KNOW they are going to work!!!
