This slider light switch is the best light switch for InfiBright 3 in or 6 in lights. Lets you adjust the light to be completely off without the switch off or low enough for a night light without killing your eyes...

I have had to replace the same switch multiple times. It is not long lasting. Lights tend to flicker and then switch does not turn on at all.

item was easy to install however defective. Dimmer does not work properly; lights barely dim from full brightness. Will be returning product.

Ok , This is what I wrote about the cover plate. I was actually referring to the switch. That it works great for our use in the dining room, but didn’t realize it was for a three-way instead of a two way, but looks good - easy to install .

Really like how you do not have to change the brightness to turn the lights on and off. The assembly instructions lacked one piece of vital information. The instructions said to mark the common wire, but failed to describe which wire was the common wire. Thanks to the World wide web (google) I discovered it was to wire connected to the Black screw. After that , the installation was simple.

This dimmer works great with LED lights. The one orginally installed had flicker at low brightness. This one goes lower in brightness and still no flicker.

The dimmer has 3 pigtail wires: 2 red traveller wires, one Black or White, wire and also a ground wire Wire nuts were provided. This was a replacement install for a 3 way switch. When two dimmer modules are next to each other one of the two metal edges needs to be broken off. LED compatible. Dimmer moves smoothly.
